It was good working with Kenneth, Mike and James! Kenneth was able to answer all the questions I had about the Wrangler lineup and he did a great job making the deal happen! Mike communicated the breakdown o was able to answer all the questions I had about the Wrangler lineup and he did a great job making the deal happen! Mike communicated the breakdown of the offer and payment structure very well. He did not hide away in a tower, like a lot of managers do, he came out onto the floor to answer all my questions and he even called to make sure I truly understood the deal. James in finance also did a great job with explaining everything and was thorough when going over the options. Over all it was a very good experience. The dealership was well organized and clean. We went in to just look and left with our new 2020 Ram Warlock. Kenneth was more than patient. My hubby wanted to drive every car in the lot (lol) and Kenneth was great about it.
