This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!!!! JB and Rafael are truly great people who CARE about people. Period! The moment I called a couple of days prior to purchasing the truck I had a ph JB and Rafael are truly great people who CARE about people. Period! The moment I called a couple of days prior to purchasing the truck I had a phone conversation with JB. JB listened and understood my requirements. We emailed, texted throughout the day and came to an agreement on pricing. The following day I went to the dealership with my family, we drove the truck, signed the paperwork and we were on our way home. What truly impressed me the most was the honor and integrity of JB as it wasn't a "bait and switch" to get me in the door and then jack up the price. He stuck to the agreed pricing and let me know if there was any additional things I wanted, then the price would change. In the finance office Rafael was equally as gracious to work with. He gave me the step by step process of how the title and registration would be handled along with the payment of the truck. He offered options for additional warranties without the typical pushy "you must buy" that you feel at other dealerships.
