I took my 2018 Jeep Renegade in for them to check on a recall, check why I was unable to put gas in without the pump stopping all the time, and the USB ports were not working. the recall checked out ok, t recall, check why I was unable to put gas in without the pump stopping all the time, and the USB ports were not working. the recall checked out ok, they had to replace the fuel pump and now I can fill up all at once, and the USB port was an issue with my flash drive and not the ports, ( I don't feel stupid at all). I will either purchase a vehicle this weekend or I wont for another year or more. Getting some dealers to call you back, take you serious or just give you some answers other than well come in and sit down with a salesperson. They wouldn't even tell me which rebates I qualified for or anything. NOT THIS DEALER. I got no BS answers. In the span of less than one day. I had 6 email, 4 text messages and 2 phone calls from them. They answered every question, work up different ballpark financials for me so that i could compare my options and decide what was best for me. When I called and told them that I was coming down the next day. They told me that they would cleanup the car, get all initial paperwork that was possible ready for us so that it would be a quick as possible. Our Salesman was Pete Johnson. Great guy.. and I have to say that everyone I spoke with at that location was very nice. The Finance guy is no pressure.. They were all straight forward and I NEVER FELT PRESSURED. In fact I felt so comfortable I drove over an hour to seal the deal and an hour to drive back. FYI. The numbers the provided me in an email were actually a little higher than what they were able to do when I arrive. So i was even more surprised. I don't care how far away your are. If you want treated with respect and appreciation... THIS IS YOUR DEALER!!!!! More
