We worked with Glenn and it was a great experience. This is the first time buying a car that a salesperson didn't completely ignore me and only work with my husband. So respectful, upfront and speedy. This is the first time buying a car that a salesperson didn't completely ignore me and only work with my husband. So respectful, upfront and speedy. Arrived at the lot around 1230 PM. Was not swarmed by salespeople. Glenn Auler/salesperson was awesome. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Was friendly but not fake friendly, really genuine. My wife and I were there looking for a new truck for her, which she decided to purchase a Nissan Titan. The experience was so good, I ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler. David, the finance guy, was also a pleasure to deal with. All around a great experience! More
Cameron was fantastic to work with. Service was prompt and took under an hour for us an oil change and tire rotation. I'm shocked at the good ratings here because I have never been treated worse by a dealership. They didn't value my time, they didn't value you my voice, and they certainly didn't do anything to help the issu been treated worse by a dealership. They didn't value my time, they didn't value you my voice, and they certainly didn't do anything to help the issues with my vehicle. Frustrating that I've owned my vehicle for over 7 years, used Dodge for all it's needs, and I can't be treated with respect. Just for the record: my driver seat belt hasn't functioned properly in almost 3 years (Dodge returned my vehicle to me with it broken and refused to fix it then) and they just recently decided to take responsibility for this problem. My seatbelt doesn't retract and hangs loose on me, and they have no clue when I will be able to get a working one. Thanks Dodge for caring about my safety. I have plenty of evidence and if I happen to get harmed or even killed in a traffic collision, you WILL be fully responsible. More

All the California dealerships were low on inventory and charging a heavy mark-up on these 4xe’s. They were also all very pushy and persistent with annoying text messages even though they didn’t have the car in stock. From the time I got on the phone with Glenn regarding the availability of the Jeep 4xe to the time I took delivery, the process was extremely pleasant the entire way. Glenn’s calm voice is very inviting and trusting. He was very up front with what the dealership could do from a price standpoint and me, being a frugal accountant, was sold right away with his honesty and sincerity. It was nice that I did not have to pay a markup on MSRP, but unfortunate to lose out on the CA Clean Air rebate of $750 which could only be sold by CA dealerships. When I sensed the honesty in Glenn’s voice and demeanor, I knew I was going to make the trip out to Arizona to pick up my new Jeep. The battery in my 4xe needed to be replaced, but Glenn kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way. He sent me pics from the service department and kept assuring me that the Rodeo team was monitoring the progress of the battery. There were some shipping delays outside of Glenn’s control which kept pushing back the pick-up date, and during this time, a local CA dealership contacted me and told me he had the exact Jeep 4xe ready and available at close to the same price taking into consideration the $750 CA Clean Air rebate. I was thinking to myself, “I put down a deposit at Rodeo, but Glenn said it was refundable so I seriously thought about backing out of the deal with Rodeo. Why would I want to fly all the away to Arizona to pick up a Jeep and then have to turn-around and drive 7 hours on the same day back home. That’s crazy!” Well, it was the relationship I built with Glenn that kept me dedicated to this deal. He even went out of his way to pick me up at the airport, almost an hour each way. Who does that sort of thing nowadays?! I finally got to the dealership and saw my car, it was beautiful and in sparkling condition. Glenn spent a lot of time with me going through the entire car. He, along with the rest of the Rodeo staff made me feel very special. I spoke to Steve Roberts who was also able to finally put a face to the name of the guy waiting on this battery. My time spent with the Finance Manager, David Lindsey, was also very pleasant. Never did I feel pressured to purchase anything additional. He was even able to provide me with a lower interest rate than my pre-approved Bank of America interest rate (I even bank with them). He also sold me on the Mopar extended warranty which I was originally on the fence about getting. Lastly, I was also greeted by the GM, Heath Wacker, who expressed his sincerity for my visit all the way out to Queen Creek. After all these pleasant experiences, I was thinking, “was all this niceness a result of my painful one month wait on the battery and my willingness to travel all the way out from CA?” I don’t think so. I think the guys at Rodeo are this nice to all their customers. Like Glenn said, when you have owners that take care of their employees, genuine altruistic behavior just falls into place. It was a very nice touch overall and the experience provided me with the confirmation/affirmation that this trip was 100% worth it! Thanks Rodeo team, if I hear of anyone interested in a CDJR, I’m sending them your way! More
So auto response right away in email but as far as the associates. I’ve had several send me emails and when I reply back with information they request, all I get is crickets. Eventually someone did respon associates. I’ve had several send me emails and when I reply back with information they request, all I get is crickets. Eventually someone did respond and stated we were off by a little bit to make the deal and I told them what can r do to get there as far as incentives, rebates, and discounts. Being law enforcement I figured that would be one as well but I got nothing back again regarding that or adjusting the down payment. There are options out there for dealerships so know you have options besides this one. More
