We found a car online, allowed them to run our credit and evaluate our trade. I was told that we had inequity in our trade as the monthly payment was much higher than I anticipated. When I pushed for specifics the monthly payment was just repeated and I was told that if I could put more money down then we could work a deal. We went into the dealership two days later and we’re told that there was no inequity in our trade but instead they are increasing the price of the vehicle 14% over what it was listed for online due to “market adjustment”. Cory Coronado was rude and condescending. He also re-ran our credit without authorization. Stay away from this dealership. More

I have never been so turned off by a dealership. They acted as if they were doing me a favor possibly selling me one of their vehicles. I understand the market for cars is a little crazy right now but i acted as if they were doing me a favor possibly selling me one of their vehicles. I understand the market for cars is a little crazy right now but it won't always be that way and just because you can mark your cars up beyond the sticker doesn't make it right. Based on my experience with them I will never go back. I don't care if they are selling one of the top rated vehicles. There are other vehicles that come pretty darn close. I cannot express enough how much I felt unwanted as a customer. Their selling approach in my option is very short sighted. More

We had the worst experience of our lives at this dealership. Our broker pre arranged a purchase deal at a sister dealership on a Fri but the car we wanted was at Peoria and the 2shops could not reac dealership. Our broker pre arranged a purchase deal at a sister dealership on a Fri but the car we wanted was at Peoria and the 2shops could not reach an exchange deal so we were told the agreed upon sale would be honored at Peoria. We arrived Sat AM, started paperwork and a manager came out and told us we were crazy if we thought he would honor the deal, that he can sell that car all day long for $5K MORE. Became VERY rude and showed NO interest in even attempting to salvage the sale so...we walked. He was,frankly, an a$$. Will probably never buy another Kia and we live Kias. And 2employees wandering around without a mask. They deserve ZERO stars! More
