My car is always in perfect condition when I leave my service appointment. The technicians are top notch, customer service & sales department are the best, they treat you like family. I'm fortunate that my car is only 3 years old, and I bought it new at Earnhardt Lexus. My schedule service appointments have all been easy to schedule, I've been satisfied with the work and results, an bought it new at Earnhardt Lexus. My schedule service appointments have all been easy to schedule, I've been satisfied with the work and results, and I'm treated respectfully every time. One time, I got a call from my service advisor that they were almost out of loaner cars, and I let him know I was on my way. Since I was only going to drive the loaner to work, I told him it was okay if someone was able to just take me to work. He over delivered, and I was provided a Lyft (or Uber) to/from work. My most recent trip was was flawless, too. Dropping off my car took all of 5-7 minutes, and I was on my car with a loaner. Two hours later, I get a call from Richard that my car is finished.
