Excellent service advisor Rick Johnson, all work completed on time, always have a free loaner to use while car is in the shop if I need it, and the showroom is in an excellent location. I have been coming here for a few years now to get regular maintenance on my GX and have had a pleasant experience every time. She has a good knowledge of what is happening to the car, and if she doesn’t have an answer to a question I have, she has no problem asking a service tech and getting back to me with an answer. I recently had some major mechanical problems with my truck and she went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of and that my experience was extraordinary. They give out loaners if you are getting maintenance done, and this really saves you a headache and gives you peace of mind that if it does take longer than expected, (such as in my case) you’re not out of a car. All in all Earnhardt Lexus has been great, of course they are the dealer and are sometimes more expensive than a corner shop, but they make your experience over the top and do everything they can do accommodate your needs.
