On 9/30 I experienced a moment of fear when my fob did not start car ( fob was inside purse).. After removing fob from purse the car started. I called and spoke to Lyndsey who told me it was probably the not start car ( fob was inside purse).. After removing fob from purse the car started. I called and spoke to Lyndsey who told me it was probably the fob battery - not the car battery. She told me to come in and and the front desk would change out the battery at no charge.
