This dealership is the best for customer service. While my wife was in Arizona on family business her Kona showed a check engine alert. When she called me I told her to go to Earnhardt Hyundai as they were closest. Upon arrival she was met by “Kenny” and he was very respective to her situation and even though she did not have an appointment they got her car checked in and said her car should be done later in the day. As things worked out her car wad done before she had to go to her appointment. The fact that they did a great job is customer service was outstanding. I as her husband I thank them totally. as I also work for Hyundai in California and they did an outstanding customer service I have ever seen. I plan on a return trip just to personally thank them. Great job!!!! More
Not a Pleasand experience with Earnhardt at Papago Freeway. I had my 30k milage service a week back and my AC Started malfunctioning. i book another appointment today to look into the issue but i was Freeway. I had my 30k milage service a week back and my AC Started malfunctioning. i book another appointment today to look into the issue but i was advised to go for 30K milage servce once again for total of $1100 cost. Surpisingly they want to do oil change again (while oil change already they did one week back), They don't even look at what service already did last time , they just need money, that's all. Upon asking to fix the AC issue first, they asked me to leave vehicle for 3 days for inspection. i did show them the hot air coming while AC Turned on, but they said they don't have a replacement part. 1. if oil change already they did last week, whey they want to do oil change again and charge within 1 week. 2. when replacement part is not avaiable, whey they want to keep my vehicle for three days of inspection. 3. 30k service charge around $1100. They could't give me complete break-up of charges or service they are gonna perform, upon asking the front office representative seen very frustrated. i told unless i know what service you are going to perform , how come i leave my vehicle and pay 1100. Also, they want to replace my windshild blades, whichout even checking the condition of blades. its all scam and they just want to charge some $1000+ from each customer. i left whithout any service as i was completely disscatisfield with such behavirour. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Arnold was extremely polite and took time to explain all that would be done. Then he told me the service was complete, but they were going to run my car through the car wash! Amazing service!! The maintenance department did an outstanding job, and my car drove more smoothly than it had in weeks! This is the second time I have had my car serviced there, and I will continue to have all my car service done there. More

Our initial impression of the dealership was not a good one. We were there to see the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. Upon walking up to the front door, there were three or four sales guys sitting on the bench, one. We were there to see the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. Upon walking up to the front door, there were three or four sales guys sitting on the bench, and when we inquired about the vehicle, they just pointed in the direction of where we can go look at one. My husband and I spent a couple minutes walking around it, but we couldn’t go inside because it was locked. We were walking away from the vehicle and heading back towards our car. A different gentleman came out and saw us leaving and asked if we needed any help. It looked like he was in the middle of doing something, but he stopped to make sure we were being taken care of. He went inside and grabbed the keys to the vehicle to show us the car. We were not initially interested in the model there, and so over the next month they kept an eye out for the vehicle package that we were looking for. My vehicle finally came in last Saturday and we made a purchase! I can’t highly recommend Dylan enough and if you are going to look for vehicle, I would go there and ask for him in person. More
Went to this dealership in Avondale after being highly recommended to go to this location. We were looking for options especially since we were trading in. First the sales associate was sitting in a vehic recommended to go to this location. We were looking for options especially since we were trading in. First the sales associate was sitting in a vehicle outside show room okay fine. Then when we are approaching to go inside his mannerisms and attitude should have been the first signs to leave. He wasn’t the kindest nor very wanting to help us out or give us options. He said we go back to our dealership we had our vehicle from and that would be the best option for us. We however went to camelback Hyundai. Amazing and great service we got options and they definitely helped us get the best option that was realistic (on how much vehicles cost now) and taking our financial needs into consideration. Avondale Hyundai maybe speak to your salesperson? This definitely was not a great first impression! More
