I went for service for my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. Robert was accommodating in every way possible. He got me out in a timely manner. This dealership is the best for customer service. While my wife was in Arizona on family business her Kona showed a check engine alert. When she called me I told her to go to Earnhardt Hyundai as they were closest. Upon arrival she was met by “Kenny” and he was very respective to her situation and even though she did not have an appointment they got her car checked in and said her car should be done later in the day. As things worked out her car wad done before she had to go to her appointment. The fact that they did a great job is customer service was outstanding. I as her husband I thank them totally. as I also work for Hyundai in California and they did an outstanding customer service I have ever seen. I plan on a return trip just to personally thank them. Great job!!!! More
