I had Eliana as my customer service rep. I had an appointment for 11:30a and arrived at 11:20a. She originally quoted me 2 hours for the service I originally wanted (oil change). After the t I had an appointment for 11:30a and arrived at 11:20a. She originally quoted me 2 hours for the service I originally wanted (oil change). After the tech checked my car, Eliana came back (about an hour wait thus far) to let me know what the tech recommended. She had nothing written down, no iPad with the suggested repairs. She cited the tech from ‘memory’ and gave no prices or warranty information. I told her I would need to see prices to make an informed decision, but still decided to add a couple of extra services for the day. No ETA was given me. After waiting an additional hour and a half (now 1:45p), I had to go and find Eliana to get an ETA as no updates were being given on her behalf. She said the original quoted time since the “updates” were given to the tech was an hour and a half. This caused me to cancel an appointment I had later that day. I waited an additional hour (close to 3p, now about a 3.5 hour wait total) and again, I had to seek out Eliana for an updated ETA. This time she went to get one from the tech and said it would be at least another hour. At this time, I had been given 0 pricing for the services, so I was unaware what was all being done and how much it would cost. She gave me a price after I demanded one. Another appointment I had that day had to be cancelled as I waited another hour. When the car was finally returned to me, it had been about 5 hours at the dealership (around 415p). Any update that I received, I had to seek out. No prices were given to me when I had to decide what I wanted to be done to the car. No suggested additional services were on the invoice, even though I didn’t do everything they originally suggested, which is fine because I probably won’t be returning. I’ve used this dealership for almost 3 years and this experience completely turned me off. Please give your customers prices and ETAs if the time is adjusting, don’t just leave them in the lobby stewing. Each time I went to find her, all of the reps were sitting at their computer, on their phones. More
