2 Week Wait for Service is Unacceptable!! No Plans to fix it 2 week wait to get my car in for warranty covered service? Are you kidding me!!!! Called today 7/30/19 and the first available appointment is 8/13. I called back in May for service, same thing, 12 day wait. So where do I go? Autonation Hyundai in Tempe, here's what they said: "Oh yeah we will get you right in, when can you come down? So finally this time I ask the gal at San Tan Hyundai, what is being done to alleviate this unacceptable wait time? Nothing was the response summed up. Zero plans to expand the amount of service bays or hire more service advisors/technicians. What are you doing to help customers out who need service sooner, any discounts or recommendations? Zero support, zero discounts, zero recommendations. SUMMARY: DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI IF YOU LIVE IN GILBERT - YOU CAN'T GET SERVICE - and they have zero solutions to their growing customer service issues. I used to have Kia Optima, Horne Hyundai across the street was always next day service availability. I wouldn't have bought a Hyundai if I knew it was always a 2 week+ wait for service at Earnhardt Hyundai. More

The entire staff from the outside greeter to the cashier was professional and friendly. Tex should be proud. Have purchased seven vehicles from Earnhardt (including the last 3 in the last 2 years) and will go no where else in the future. What a great product delivered by great people. John McCracken, Parts Manager, provided me with incredible assistance in choosing the right set of tires for my 2010 Tucson. He was very patient as I changed my mind several times about which brand of tire I was going to purchase. John provided numerous options and prices for me to consider, even offering advice as to the attributes and/or shortcomings of certain tires and tread patterns. When I finally settled on the set of tires I wanted, John was able to arrange for their delivery to the dealership for quick installation, as the tires were not in inventory at the time. Brandon Brundridge, Service Advisor, greeted me by name with a handshake when I arrived to have the tires installed. He verified that the tires had been delivered and were ready for installation, estimating the job would take 2 hours. Brandon checked with me in the waiting room after about 45 minutes, to inform me that everything was moving along rapidly. The job was finished in 90 minutes, 30 minutes quicker than expected. Finally, Brandon said goodbye with a handshake and a friendly message that he hoped I enjoyed the new tires and was satisfied with his service. More
