Took my vehicle in for a recall repair. Staff were courteous and gave me an approximate time for the repairs to be completed. We purchased our GV80 Genesis at San Tan, and have used their service department for our standard warranty work - they have been fantastic. Hannah is our dedicated Genesis rep, and has great follow through their service department for our standard warranty work - they have been fantastic. Hannah is our dedicated Genesis rep, and has great follow through. We live out of town, so she has been very good at make our scheduling process for service convenient, which is much appreciated. Allison is also very good at follow through. The service department does great work, I've recommended San Tan service to other Genesis owners that haven't been happy with their particular dealership.
