Paulo Pena went way above and beyond for me. Yesterday, I replaced the battery in my car. When I connected the battery, the alarm would not stop going off, and my car would not start. After looking through my owner's manual, I was unable to come up with any kind of solution, so I called Earnhardt, and of course the service department was closed, so I was connected to roadside assistance. Roadside assistance said they could send a tow truck, but I figured there was a way to get this problem solved, I just hadn't yet found the right person to talk to. So I called Earnhardt again, and this time asked for someone in sales. I got Paulo. He gave me some steps to try, and told me that if it didn't work to call him back and he would come to me to try to fix it. I tried it, it did not work. I called him back and he said that he was waiting for someone, and he looked up my name and saw that I had a 10 year roadside assistance thing, and that if I didn't want to wait, I could call them and they may be able to get my car started, and if not, they could tow it to the dealership and that it would not cost me anything. So I called roadside assistance and they gave me an ETA. I texted Paulo (he gave me his cell phone number so that I could get him quicker) and told him that the tow truck would be here at a certain time and asked if it would be ok with him if I called him when the tow truck arrived to have him tell the tow truck driver what to try before just towing it, since it would be a big hassle for me to have to try to make arrangements to be able to get my son to school and myself to work in the morning. Paulo called me right back, and told me that he could drop everything right then and come to my house so that he could be here when the tow truck driver was here so that I may be able to avoid undue stress. He got there before the tow truck came, and within about a minute, he had my car started. I was able to call and cancel the tow truck before they even got there. Paulo went way, way above and beyond for me. I asked him if my house was on his way home, and he said no, that he was heading back to the dealership. There are no words that can express just how much I appreciate what he did for me. I will definitely refer anyone that I know that is looking for a vehicle to this dealership. Excellent Service I don't drive a Hyundai, but 2 of the 3 most important people in my life do, my wife and daughter. Since we purchased our Santa Fe from Earnhardt, we I don't drive a Hyundai, but 2 of the 3 most important people in my life do, my wife and daughter. Since we purchased our Santa Fe from Earnhardt, we have serviced our daughter's Sonata and the Santa Fe with Earnhardt and exclusively used Jason as our Service Advisor. Jason will always tell you what you need, without the add-ons you don't, and make sure you are in-and-out as quickly as possible. My last interaction with Jason made me a further advocate of Earnhardt. If Earnhardt instills this level of service in all of their agents, then they are the service group you need. I strongly believe this is how Jason provides everyday service to all. Long story short, Jason, without my knowledge, pursued his upper management to make sure"WE" the customers were taken care of. A situation that caused much angst and possible large expense to us, was resolved with Jason's willingness to pursue the situation further with Hyundai.Customer service the old fashioned way! More

No place like Earnhardt Hyundai! My husband and I took my Genesis in for a simple Recall problem. With no intention of purchasing a new car. I sat comfortable in the waiting room, happy that I could have all the popcorn I wanted. After a few minutes, I decide to look around the showroom, and so did my husband. I stood at a empty desk resting my purse and read the name. Chris Dixon. I guessed he had stepped away, There next to Mr. Dixon's desk was a Red Tucson! Wow! I knew my husband was not in the market for buying a car, and we were really stressed on time, and when he is not ready...He is not ready! Mr. Dixon approached us with such calmness, not sales pressure. He Introduced himself and offered to assist us in anyway, answer any questions we might have. I saw immediately that my husband appreciated Chris'a kind manner. To make a long story short, Chris sold us that car! We never felt like strangers, but friends. We had no intention to buy a car on April 28, 2015 but with Chris, it was the right time for us after all. Thank you Chris Dixon, for who you are...We love our new car and feel safer in it.
