Service and wait time was as expected. I had a 9:00 appt., and was greeted, but the customer service department seemed short handed and I wasn’t checked in and wait time was as expected. Mike Saccheri arranged appointment time that worked best for me, greeted me upon arrival and offered me a nice cool beverage on a typical AZ summer day, and had my car into the service bay in about two minutes. He kept me informed throughout the process on timelines and cost, and appeared genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. He also had the technician (Dave) explain everything done to my vehicle and the status of everything he checked out. Upon completion the service manager (Mike) greeted me to ensure I was satisfied with my experience, to see if there was anything else they could do for me, and thanked me for coming in. This is the business model other places (not just auto dealerships) need to adopt. More
