I had appointment with Jason on 3/22/22 around 845am was not available due per emergency regarding engine light which occurred on 2/27/22 which i had email him with screen shot. On 3/2/22 received calle not available due per emergency regarding engine light which occurred on 2/27/22 which i had email him with screen shot. On 3/2/22 received called and voice message from Nazy to bring vehicle but before that she asked that will send a survey by email and give 5 star which i did. I went with my wife and met Nazy on 3/3/22 who said will have tech look at it and after 1 hr was informed was oxygen sensor and to come confirmed appointment and might have keep vehicle and will get loaner. When i spoke with Ben on 3/22/22 and explained what i was told by Nazy he informed me that she is not tech multiple times and we do not give loaner car and that can reschedule as we have other cars that still working on it and i feel that should i reschedule with waiting this long me being customer coming all way from Gilbert and purchased this SUV Tucson at this dealership . He said will look at it and later asked if Nazy available said not here and regarding survey she asked got vague answer. After one hour got car fixed gas cap which he explained behind him was Nazy and when i pointed he said will speak with her later and asked why he said was not here said when i came at 900am she was not there and starts at 930am with straight face . I felt trust with him was lost and i felt when i came on 3/3/22 was waste of my time as survey was for her to get bonus or raise. Empathy not sure but i felt that i have been coming to this dealership for service and banner that this dealership has. When customer who read this review please remember think and when you car serviced by trained advisor hopefully how they deal with customer. More
Ricardo is the best. He goes above and beyond in doing his job. He will not return the car unless it is 100%.. He goes out of his way to help his customers.
