This dealership has ZERO interest in customer service. Over the past 2.5 years, I purchased 3 new vehicles from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, the most recent, a Palisade, Calligraphy. There was an issue Over the past 2.5 years, I purchased 3 new vehicles from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, the most recent, a Palisade, Calligraphy. There was an issue with the paint. I called Earnhardt Hyundai, Scottsdale to see whether I could bring my 3-week-old SUV so the issue could be corrected, since I live much closer to their dealership than I do the Avondale location. Even though I have my vehicles serviced at the Scottsdale location, the only thing they did was brush me off, tell me to take it back to Avondale, and hung up the phone. How considerate of you people at Earnhardt Hyundai, Scottsdale. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from your location under any circumstances, and I will discourage anyone I know from doing so. Anyway, the issue was corrected at the Avondale location, 45 minutes away. More

Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for r to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. I have purchased 4 cars now from this dealership since 2013 and do highly recommend when asked how I like my car and dealership for service. More

Stopped in to the service bay because all four of my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. This was great service and a service attitude that showed through by my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. They do not honor the representation that they will provide a car for regular service. This is the second time it happened when i scheduled regular service well in advance. The first time was during covid so i will cut them some slack. But it just happened again. I scheduled normal service online 3 weeks in advance. I arrived and --- no loaner. No rentals available either. They said oh, you should have separately scheduled a car. Thanks for telling me when i arrived at the dealer for the appointment. One star for the service and less than one for telling me it is my problem. More
