I love Ron Q. But I have brought my 2022 Escape in twice now for an “update” on my radio. This last time they had me car for a week. Got it back and it was dirty, and the time on my clock was wrong. Kyle had me confused with another customer and had my paperwork incorrect. I have purchased 3 cars from Ron in 4 years. I have been a loyal customer and had all my service for all my cars done at your dealership. I am disappointed at the lack of customer service I received. More
Joshua kept me informed and he was easy to talk to. I have a 2010 F150. I have always brought it to Earnhardt. Except for the last two years. I would rate him in the top one percent of all the people I have a 2010 F150. I have always brought it to Earnhardt. Except for the last two years. I bought the vehicle at Horne because they had the exact vehicle I wanted (great experience), had warranty work done at LHM Ford because they could get the recall done most expeditiously and I was traveling vehicle I wanted (great experience), had warranty work done at LHM Ford because they could get the recall done most expeditiously and I was traveling (good experience) and I had routine maintenance done at Earnhardt (great experience). Service team was excellent, close to home, quick but well done and on the road. Great overall experience. Earnhardt did work on my old truck (well used f 150 with a gazillion miles) and service was always great then. Highly recommend. More
