Not what they used to be....As a 13-year patron of Not what they used to be.... As a 13-year patron of Earnhardt Ford in Chandler it pains me to see what this dealership has become. I have purchased Not what they used to be.... As a 13-year patron of Earnhardt Ford in Chandler it pains me to see what this dealership has become. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from them over the past 13-years of which all have been maintained in their service department. That said, my recent service experience shows the continued reduction in customer service I have been seeing and experiencing over the past 2-years. Service turn around times are slow, there is no urgency, and communication is terrible. I had a 7am appt to drop of my 2017 F150; after nearly 1/2 a day, my leaving multiple messages, I finally hear back from them only to tell me they are not even going to be able to look at the truck until "tomorrow". Can I ask why I have a 7am (first appt) scheduled if the vehicle won't even be looked at until the following day? The reason I received was they were "just to busy". The first text reply I received from my service advisor was she would get back to me when she gets "caught-up". They are either too busy for my business or more likely they have their employees just stretched too thin. In all my years I've never dropped off a vehicle at 7am for it to not even be looked at until the next day. I see a few other reviews posted with very similar stories; you can't keep peoples vehicles for days when you a set service appointment. Bottomline, this is a direction reflection on the leadership and their focus on the customer. I guess my run has ended, I will look to try one of the other dozen Ford dealers in the valley going forward. More
Dustin in the Quick Lane was great. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had me in and out is less time than anticipated. Well Done. My car was clean with no grease left behind by the serv change and tire rotation. They had me in and out is less time than anticipated. Well Done.
