Had to have my Escape towed to Earnhardt recently when my power steering went out. After a nasty interaction with the Earnhardt service call center (who told me the wait was two weeks and to go elsewhere), power steering went out. After a nasty interaction with the Earnhardt service call center (who told me the wait was two weeks and to go elsewhere), I was able to contact my service advisor, Filip, and from there it was smooth sailing with excellent customer service. Had my car back within two days. Thank you for always taking such good care and communicating with professionalism. And KUDOs to the awesome mechanic who did the work. I appreciate all of you !!
