Had to have my Escape towed to Earnhardt recently when my power steering went out. After a nasty interaction with the Earnhardt service call center (who told me the wait was two weeks and to go elsewhere), power steering went out. After a nasty interaction with the Earnhardt service call center (who told me the wait was two weeks and to go elsewhere), I was able to contact my service advisor, Filip, and from there it was smooth sailing with excellent customer service.
