I worked with Gwen in the service department, she was great. Over the top customer service. She was a very nice person to work with. I had brought my 2021 Lincoln Corsair in for a couple of things o great. Over the top customer service. She was a very nice person to work with. I had brought my 2021 Lincoln Corsair in for a couple of things oil change and an issue with my window. I have been trying to get my drivers rear window fixed. It goes down when up use the pull the lever to roll the window up. My car was delivered to me after the work had been done, I tested the window, and it worked great!!!. Now, two days later is not working. I received a text asking about my experience, I briefly explained what happened with my window, but no one has reached to out about the issues not being resolved. More
