Now I have to tell you this, I am a Chevy man through and through. BUT, Ford fit the bill for this vehicle and I'm a pleased customer. Thanks also to friend Jim Crutcher, former GM at the great Larry Miller Ford for "birthing" this truck to me. :-) More

Spent 15 minutes telling us about all the things that could possibly go wrong on the vehicle to sell an overpriced warranty. Not comforting to someone who just bought a new car. Showed the initial payment, but after service add on, didn't show it again. Told us the docs would be in our email. They weren't. Detail of the car was average at best. There were water drip spots and the interior was dusty. Always quick with the greeting when you walk in and nice to deal with. They do not put you in a room to "hot box" you. Feels very honest and straight forward. Ford needs to do a better job building the vehicles in demand. We had a specific build in mind and had to compromise because the order banks were over a week late in opening up. More

Used the quick lane for routine f/u on my F150 truck. Love this process, easy drop of, waiting room was very comfortable with coffee/TV. When I brought my car in for regular service, I told the representative, Ashley T, that my car was getting about 5 miles a gallon less after I had the battery replaced (by another firm) about a month ago. representative, Ashley T, that my car was getting about 5 miles a gallon less after I had the battery replaced (by another firm) about a month ago. She did not offer any solution at that time . However at checkout. She did state that I could have a diagnostic test done for $195 and that I would have to make another appointment. My issue is that why wasn’t this offered at the beginning, not at the end? More
