Still the best place to take your vehicle. Oil changes, need new tires or to rotate old tires , brakes....they do it all. No pressure sales people. Looking at new F150's now. Have not lived Oil changes, need new tires or to rotate old tires , brakes....they do it all. No pressure sales people. Looking at new F150's now. Have not lived in Arizona all that long. I do not remember how I found them. Glad I did. If you live in Arizona, you need to try them. More
Allie thanks for being so nice and respectful. Allie took her time with and went over my check point report. She explained to me about my brakes. Typically, excellent service, with friendly helpful people (I've met one exception). Allie in Quick Lane was very nice this week, and the wait was not very long. My only real gripe is how long it takes people (I've met one exception). Allie in Quick Lane was very nice this week, and the wait was not very long. My only real gripe is how long it takes to get a vehicle in for regular servicing and having to rent cars while it is in. More
I called over to check if they had the vehicle in stock and Eloy confirmed it was available so I made the trip over. Eloy was quick to come over when I entered the showroom. He introduced himself and wit and Eloy confirmed it was available so I made the trip over. Eloy was quick to come over when I entered the showroom. He introduced himself and within a minute or two we were walking to checkout the car and go for a test drive. I asked to do the paperwork first and go for the test drive after (probably not common but, I didn't want to waste time). He obliged and we completed the paperwork and took a test drive. The car exceeded my expectations so I was pretty excited to get my first electric car and be out. After the test drive, I was given a tour of the electric vehicle settings and offerings. Next, Alex introduced himself and took me in to complete the finance/signing. I'd normally dread having to deal with a finance person but, it was the opposite. Alex was the best part and made it easy for me. Alex truly cared about making me feel confident with my purchase. In the end, I walked away with a great vehicle and a memorable experience. Thank you, Alex and Eloy for your great customer service!! More

This was a very easy and smooth process overall. It took a few hours to get everything done, but no stress. It took a few hours to get everything done, but no stress. More
Had a great experience buying my first thanks to Joel Diaz. He helped me find what I needed at a price I could afford. Super nice and honest guy, not pushy at all. If you're going to Earnhardt ask for hi Diaz. He helped me find what I needed at a price I could afford. Super nice and honest guy, not pushy at all. If you're going to Earnhardt ask for him! More
It worked out just OK had a new battery and oil change. They didn’t put the battery cover back on my truck. I had to ask where it was at and then they put it back on and it was all ripped up. Not like it They didn’t put the battery cover back on my truck. I had to ask where it was at and then they put it back on and it was all ripped up. Not like it was when I bought the truck brand new because that was the first time changing out the battery now I have a ripped up insulation cover around my battery and multiple places. I bought my king ranch brand new in 2020 it only has 32,000 miles on it so I like it to stay. If I wasn’t to pop the hood to see what they did underneath my truck in the engine compartment when they changed out the battery that I paid over $345 for whatever never known that they didn’t put it back like it was when I drove it in there. I’m still not very happy with it. . More
