Excellent Customer Service Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however w Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however we stopped by seeking assistance. The vehicle’s SYNC system was not working properly – freezing, lagging, no GPS, unable to connect phones, etc. After explaining our dilemma with another Ford dealership, Gary was very compassionate about our situation. It is worth noting that the other dealership had our vehicle for two days and told us the problem was no longer present, however they were wrong. While we had arrived during the service techs’ lunch break, Gary assured us that upon their return he would have our vehicle concern checked. Within one hour, Gary informed us that our vehicle’s SYNC needed a new module. This was a Friday and the part would be delivered probably Wednesday or Thursday. We tentatively scheduled to return the following Friday for installation. Our vehicle was retuned to us – after it was washed!!! Thank you very much Gary & Earnhardt Ford. We brought the vehicle in the evening prior to service so the techs could get an early start. Gary was kind enough to provide us with a rental from Enterprise for use while ours was being serviced. Upon finding out they had received the wrong part – unsure if ordered wrong, packaged wrong, or shipped wrong – we needed transportation back to Prescott. While the Enterprise vehicle was greatly appreciated for local travel, it was not acceptable for the long term. Gary allowed us the use a 2018 F150 for our return home. Gary called us the following Monday to let us know or vehicle was repaired and he was having it detailed. Our vehicle was repaired as expected in a timely and courteous manner. Super THANKS for the extra detailing! If Gary Hysop is an example of the employees at Earnhardt Ford, we can see why Earnhardt is so highly rated and regarded by the public. Our experience was superb and beyond expectations. As with the 2017 Explorer, our next vehicle will be from Earnhardt!! More

Nice at first... Bought a brand new car from this dealership a month ago. I had some issues with my sync and noticed a crack on the dash. I reached out to the dealership and got no response. I tried calling Art Manni and he hung up the phone on me a couple times. Then I tried called John Q to get my plates sent to my right home address. He said he forwarded it to the business office but still nothing. It's been almost a month and I have no plates and my car sync is still not working correctly. I keep getting the run around each time I call the dealership. I have even tried to reach out to the GM John Nissen and haven't heard anything. This place is great at first but after the sale, it seems to me nobody really cares to help. Being a social media manager I have access to a half a million followers and will have no problems letting the world know about my negative experience here at Earnhardt Ford of Chandler. More
Changing the numbers. Buyer beware! I dont know what happened today. I worked through Costco auto buying program. Preapproved my credit, which is excellent. Was told my purchase price was 23,700 and walked out financing a price of 29k. Im laying here awake trying to understand what just happened. Its like card tricks. It happens so fast and before you know it, all those super deals and rebates and savings disappear. Ugh. Im angry at myself. I paid 899 for some stolen vehicle recovery program. Had no idea what it was, and why i didnt insist it be removed, I dont know. The guys were so nice, and I think thats part of how they get you to just say, ok...Buyer beware. :( More

The service representative, Gary, questioned a warranty related issue regarding an intermittently working FOB. I was told that the FOB had to be not working at time of service for them to repair or replace. DUH ? It’s an intermittent problem. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It’s unpreductable. Then it was delay after delay with Gary unable or unwilling to provide an estimate as to when the car would be done. I’ve never seen such lack of customer satisfaction. Do not bring your car Earnhardt Ford for service. Gary should not be working there. More

The F150 follows a 2016 F250 we purchased from Earnhardt in December 2017. I was impressed with the dealership, staff, and business practices the first time and was not disappointed this time. Its obvious the staff is professional, clear in negotiations, and interested in putting you in the right vehicle. We are winter visitors and we will continue to purchase from this dealership. More

If there was a problem it was taken care of pretty quickly. Last week I went in to have my 2012 Fusion fixed as I could not open driver's door from the inside. After I set up the appointment I went to rent a car. I had no intention of purchasing a car, much less a new one. While waiting for Enterprise to go get a car for me Ron (who I have worked with several times because he is fair, understanding, friendly, professional, and cares about wanting to please the customer). We talked about my car and the fact of me getting a new one, which I haven't had since I've been in AZ He said my interest rate could go from 23% to 9%, so I decided to chat with him about this. Derrick then came over, introduced himself and also wanted to help. Although I have not worked with him before I was pleased with the way he treated me, and very willing to help. Ron and Derrick are a good team as they work will with each other. They both searched for a car that I wanted- white with tan interior, and some extras. The first one they showed me I did not like as there were no extras. Derrick then went out to search for one he knew I would like, and he was right. It had just enough extras for me and I was very happy with it (it drove so smooth and had good pickup ) and finally enjoyed being able to get a new car. They both spent a lot of time with me and helping with anything they could. The best part of the deal is that my monthly payment did not increase, even with Gap and extended warranty. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to work with Ron and Derrick More

Worst experience with a dealership If I could have given zero stars I would have. Contacted Earnheart Ford about a truck. Paid a deposit to have the truck held for 5 days until I could make the SEVEN hour drive. Drove from out of state for this truck. Get to the dealership and find that the truck had been sold. Eaenheart Ford knew for three days that the truck had been sold and NEVER let me know that the truck had been sold. Even checked in the day before I drove out, and was told that everything was a go. They let me make the SEVEN hour drive to find it out in person. Then they had no other comparable trucks to offer except for a used one. The used one was way more expensive. They said they would work with us, but then still wanted us to pay a ton more money for the only truck they had that would haul our fifth wheel. Caution to anyone who thinks they might want to consider buying any vechile from Earnheart Ford Mazda in Chandler AZ. Everyone’s attitude was sorry it happens. I will buy a truck from my local Ford dealer, as this was a terrible experience with a dealership where I was promised a good deal on a truck. Wasted time, money, and left with nothing but frustration. More
