It worked out just OK had a new battery and oil change. They didn’t put the battery cover back on my truck. I had to ask where it was at and then they put it back on and it was all ripped up. Not like it They didn’t put the battery cover back on my truck. I had to ask where it was at and then they put it back on and it was all ripped up. Not like it was when I bought the truck brand new because that was the first time changing out the battery now I have a ripped up insulation cover around my battery and multiple places. I bought my king ranch brand new in 2020 it only has 32,000 miles on it so I like it to stay. If I wasn’t to pop the hood to see what they did underneath my truck in the engine compartment when they changed out the battery that I paid over $345 for whatever never known that they didn’t put it back like it was when I drove it in there. I’m still not very happy with it. . More

Spent 15 minutes telling us about all the things that could possibly go wrong on the vehicle to sell an overpriced warranty. Not comforting to someone who just bought a new car. Showed the initial payment, but after service add on, didn't show it again. Told us the docs would be in our email. They weren't. Detail of the car was average at best. There were water drip spots and the interior was dusty. Always quick with the greeting when you walk in and nice to deal with. They do not put you in a room to "hot box" you. Feels very honest and straight forward. Ford needs to do a better job building the vehicles in demand. We had a specific build in mind and had to compromise because the order banks were over a week late in opening up. More
