Stinking CS and Threatening Staff Ford's Earnhardt CS absolutely stinks. i bought Ford Focus on 12/07/2018 and then suddenly i got a phone call from a gentleman named Andre Dudley (cal Ford's Earnhardt CS absolutely stinks. i bought Ford Focus on 12/07/2018 and then suddenly i got a phone call from a gentleman named Andre Dudley (called himself Finance Director) and he does not know how to talk customer and immediately start threating me to seize my vehicle if i dont pay him 250 and claim i have paid 250 less an account and reception has made a mistake. I am surprised who gave him job when ledger he emailed me show 0 balance and nothing due. He should be sacked for his stinky CS and threatening attitude to customer. More

Now we have a cracked him and a tire that won't hold air! More

Quoted price, then would not agree to that price I had email correspondence with a salesperson at the dealership regarding a vehicle that was advertised on the internet. The salesperson verified the vehicle and quoted the same price. I said that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The next day he said that the price of the vehicle was more than $4,000 than the price quoted the previous day. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer and would nt recommend them to anyone.
