Great financing was offered and accepted (interest rate was very attractive). I drive 25+ miles to take advantage of the service desk and maintenance. Gena, my service writer, is professional, dedicated, and always pleasant. She works hard to provide or correct everything requested. The service department has been and remains top notch and strives to correct all issues, great and small. Earnhardt Service Dept. has NEVER inflated service needs by completing or even suggesting unnecessary maintenance items. I could not be more pleased with service writers and/ or maintenance. The wash and detail department, however, is another story...the opposite of everything written above. In 3 of the last 4 of attempts at wash / detail there have been problems. Two times the vehicle was returned to the detail shop for re-do, and one time the disabled parking permit went missing. The wash/ detail shop is not in the same league with the rest of the Earnhardt team, and sorely needs management oversight and more attention to detail. More

On my last visit, spoke with Diondre in the Quicklane service, and pre-ordered 4 new Pirelli tires for my truck, and dropped off my truck the next day for installation and 4-wheel alignment, plus my oil/filter change. They did find one bad tie rod that had seized and had that replaced, also got the wash and polish wax service (fyi - the basic car wash does not work for me since my truck is black and water stains/spots make it look dirty). The only improvement I would recommend is making sure to wipe down excess oil around oil filter housing to prevent small oil stains in your garage/driveway. Overall, I definitely recommend the Quicklane service and all service advisors, they do a great job. Thank you Diondre for getting my truck completed and properly serviced. More

He didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need, he simply gave us honest feedback on the fact that we would need a new battery shortly. He was great! Excellent Customer Service Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however w Upon arrival at the service counter, we were assisted by Gary Hysop. We were in the area for another event and did not have an appointment, however we stopped by seeking assistance. The vehicle’s SYNC system was not working properly – freezing, lagging, no GPS, unable to connect phones, etc. After explaining our dilemma with another Ford dealership, Gary was very compassionate about our situation. It is worth noting that the other dealership had our vehicle for two days and told us the problem was no longer present, however they were wrong. While we had arrived during the service techs’ lunch break, Gary assured us that upon their return he would have our vehicle concern checked. Within one hour, Gary informed us that our vehicle’s SYNC needed a new module. This was a Friday and the part would be delivered probably Wednesday or Thursday. We tentatively scheduled to return the following Friday for installation. Our vehicle was retuned to us – after it was washed!!! Thank you very much Gary & Earnhardt Ford. We brought the vehicle in the evening prior to service so the techs could get an early start. Gary was kind enough to provide us with a rental from Enterprise for use while ours was being serviced. Upon finding out they had received the wrong part – unsure if ordered wrong, packaged wrong, or shipped wrong – we needed transportation back to Prescott. While the Enterprise vehicle was greatly appreciated for local travel, it was not acceptable for the long term. Gary allowed us the use a 2018 F150 for our return home. Gary called us the following Monday to let us know or vehicle was repaired and he was having it detailed. Our vehicle was repaired as expected in a timely and courteous manner. Super THANKS for the extra detailing! If Gary Hysop is an example of the employees at Earnhardt Ford, we can see why Earnhardt is so highly rated and regarded by the public. Our experience was superb and beyond expectations. As with the 2017 Explorer, our next vehicle will be from Earnhardt!! More
