Great Service Department I experienced clutch related issues over a 2 month period and needed to bring in my car 4 times. Each time the service department was very helpful and I experienced clutch related issues over a 2 month period and needed to bring in my car 4 times. Each time the service department was very helpful and were able to get my car into the service schedule within the same day. During this time, my extended warranty expired and they were extremely helpful in working with me on a reduced price when Ford would not cover the expenses. I would definitely recommend the Earnhardt Ford service department and service advisor Jessi Tays to anyone needing service on their vehicle. More
First of all, we appreciated our salesman, Art, and the finance guy Ryan. We purchased a Ford Ranger truck with over sized wheels and tires with a lift kit. They were too big and rubbed when you turned the finance guy Ryan. We purchased a Ford Ranger truck with over sized wheels and tires with a lift kit. They were too big and rubbed when you turned the wheels. I felt that the dealership took care of us with replacing the tires with smaller ones. The only problem we had was the attitudE of their accessory guy Dustin He made us feel like we were to blame because we wouldn’t accept an occasional rub on the frame. It took 4 hours and and 1 1/2 drive to get there but finally the truck is done right. Delivery was very helpful with the guy that programmed our phones etc. We will not be back Only because we live to far away. More

This dealership sold a truck right out from under me yesterday. I had gone in the day before and narrowed things down to two trucks. Yesterday morning I went in and decided on one truck. I had the keys in my pocket and decided on the truck. The price was negotiated, I told them I would take it. I got halfway through the paperwork with the keys still in my pocket and the sales guy comes back and tells me they are selling the truck to someone else. He tells me the other guy was willing to pay more than me. The other guy had not completed the paperwork, he was not farther in the buying process, he was just willing to pay more. They decided not to honor the price that they had agreed on with me and sold the truck to someone else right out from under me because he was willing to pay more. All while the keys were still in my hand and I was halfway through the paperwork. More
