In a nutshell, dishonest pricing practices and lack of customer care by some employees who behave like they don’t even want to be there. If you come here for service, get a detailed TOTAL cost, and be customer care by some employees who behave like they don’t even want to be there. If you come here for service, get a detailed TOTAL cost, and be ready to be treated like you are an annoyance rather than a paying customer. I get vastly superior service at the local oil change shops when I take in my older cars. The long story: I came in for an oil change on May 7. I made an appointment the day prior on-line. I arrived early in the morning, few minutes prior to my appointment. While still at my car I was told, "someone will be with you shortly" and was told to stay by my car and not come inside, which is weird since the customer service area was empty except for employees. Since I was literally two feet from the service door, I could see all the employees inside - there were at least four people, some where scrolling on their cell phones, some doing seemingly nothing as I stood there and waited….. and waited, and waited. After a few minutes, and after a customer who came in after me was helped before me, I went in and rather strongly asked if someone could check me in since my ride was waiting for me. All of a sudden they remembered that I was standing there a few feet in front of them, and an older lady came out to check me in. During check in she said I was due for a cabin and engine air filter change. I declined the cabin filter and asked the cost of replacing the engine air filter. She said, “About $60” and I agreed to have that done in addition to my pre-paid oil change. I then asked about another issue unrelated to my oil-change appointment. After explaining what was going on she said, “Oh, I don’t know” and left it at that. No follow-up, no taking ownership, nothing to help solve the problem, not even a simple, “I am not sure, let me ask someone for you and get back to you.” Nope, just a brush-off, like I was annoying her with a customer service question. I got no bull, but I got no solution either. When I came to pick up my car later in the day I got a bill for $83.62 for just the engine air filter replacement (which was quoted as ‘about $60’). There was noting else repaired or replaced. Turns out “about $60” was just for the actual filter itself, not the labor, not the miscellaneous charges, not the shop supplies, not the environmental fees, and not tax. Basically the verbal estimate was a misleading PARTIAL cost, not the actual cost of getting the filter replaced. Thats deceptive and misleading. Would a dentist give you a quote for the cost of the filling, or for fixing your cavity, C'mon!! I understand that a dealer charges two or three times the cost of a simple Mopar paper filter you could get at AutoZone. Changing it takes under two minutes with ZERO skills, I get that. What I don’t appreciate is being misled about the actual TOTAL cost of having something replaced. A 27% difference between the quoted price and the actual cost is significant. BTW, not my first time here, and I’m not even mentioning the other minor but still noticeable behaviors that totally lack customer respect, cade, professionalism, or pride in ones work. While my truck purchase experience here was outstanding, the ‘service’ is grossly lacking in the service department. More

We live 100 miles from the dealership, but gladly drive that distance for service from Earnhardts! ...We purchased our Ram there, and had an excellent buying experience. ...Included in our purchase w that distance for service from Earnhardts! ...We purchased our Ram there, and had an excellent buying experience. ...Included in our purchase was a series of six "One Armor" treatments to help protect our vehicle from our summer sun, and other weather extremes. Again, we gladly drive the distance to Earnhardts for these treatments, as they take as much pride in their service, as we do in our truck! More

I bought my Jeep Gladiator Mojave here February 26, 2022. My very first brand new vehicle. Went back there February 17th or 24th 2024. Because my gorilla glass cracked. According to jeep wave gorilla glass h My very first brand new vehicle. Went back there February 17th or 24th 2024. Because my gorilla glass cracked. According to jeep wave gorilla glass has 2 years warranty. I don't remember the service advisor's name, but he mention from the beginning of our conversation to just use my auto insurance for the windshield. I told him about the jeep wave 2 years warranty so he did took a photo of my vin number and the cracked windshield he said he will try to submit a warranty claim. I did mention to him that my rear Fox shocks making a loud squeaky noise. He said that my jeep is lifted so they cannot do any warranty. My jeep has stock suspension. He also mention that my suspension is rusted. It's mud/dirt from enjoying what the jeep is made for. He then ask me if I live in California. Then he point out that I have replaced the steering stabilizer with aftermarket fox ats. I guess that's what make my rear shock squeaky lol. It will not covered with warranty he said. He also mention that my jeep has 20,000 miles it's due for differential gear oil change. I told him that I will take care of the differential. He said someone will contact me about the windshield in a week. A week passed. I called jeep wave after a week, they open up a case #, also contacted the dealership Earnhardt but, No they did not file a warranty claim. Jeep wave advice me to go to a different dealership which I went to Courtesy jeep and they took care of it. I gave this dealership a few chances to do thing right, I've came back with this dealership a few times. First when my front differential actuator went out, I also mention to do my 1st free oil change, they kept my jeep for 3 day. Dropped it off with 1/4 gas in the tank, picked it up after 3 days, service advisor ask for 5 star so he can get a commission. Drove off from the dealership my fuel is empty fuel light is on, no problem I'll fill it up. Got home, open the hood, I notice that the oil filter plastic housing never been touch, still got all the dust from wheeling, I check the oil from the dip stick, a little bit dark.Maybe because my jeep only has a little over a 1000 miles at that point. They did charged a free oil change. I did start doing my own oil change from that point even though I still have 3 free oil change through jeep wave.I presoak my new oil fiter before installing them to eliminate dry start.Second time it was the parts department, I was standing there for 15 minutes before one of the two guys helping a customer said that he will be right with me, I guess I was invisible for 14 minutes even though they look at me a few times and not say a thing. I'm not even gonna go with the 3rd & 4th time that I went here. I already gave Courtney of Superstition my business. Parts and Service department are more friendly and they're more professional not asking for 5 star rating. I work at the dealership also as a field technician/mechanic so I know how important to treat a customer and listen to customers complain or concerns. More
