READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE. I didn't realized how bad these people are until today and by looking how many 1 star reviews they have. I took my car in for the 20,000 service an I didn't realized how bad these people are until today and by looking how many 1 star reviews they have. I took my car in for the 20,000 service and they tried to charge me for unnecessary service charges. The bill was going to be over $1,200 on a $175 service. I left and reached out to two other Ram dealers in the area and I was giving the same amount. The sad part was that I purchased my vehicle from them and I believe you should buy and service you car close to where you live. Not in this case. I will never go back there and will share my experience online. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SIMPLY AWFUL. More

I purchased my 2013 Dodge Journey from this dealership brand new, and bought the MOPAR lifetime unlimited miles warranty. I brought it in, and the lack of transparency upfront about this process was infur brand new, and bought the MOPAR lifetime unlimited miles warranty. I brought it in, and the lack of transparency upfront about this process was infuriating. I had to fight to reduce costs of repairs. If you have a MOPAR unlimited lifetime warranty, I would highly recommend calling MOPAR before dropping your vehicle off. It will save you THOUSANDS of dollars of unexpected costs. I spoke to a minimum of 5 individuals including the General Manager at this dealership and I will not be visiting this dealership or any of its namesake again. More

In a nutshell, dishonest pricing practices and lack of customer care by some employees who behave like they don’t even want to be there. If you come here for service, get a detailed TOTAL cost, and be customer care by some employees who behave like they don’t even want to be there. If you come here for service, get a detailed TOTAL cost, and be ready to be treated like you are an annoyance rather than a paying customer. I get vastly superior service at the local oil change shops when I take in my older cars. The long story: I came in for an oil change on May 7. I made an appointment the day prior on-line. I arrived early in the morning, few minutes prior to my appointment. While still at my car I was told, "someone will be with you shortly" and was told to stay by my car and not come inside, which is weird since the customer service area was empty except for employees. Since I was literally two feet from the service door, I could see all the employees inside - there were at least four people, some where scrolling on their cell phones, some doing seemingly nothing as I stood there and waited….. and waited, and waited. After a few minutes, and after a customer who came in after me was helped before me, I went in and rather strongly asked if someone could check me in since my ride was waiting for me. All of a sudden they remembered that I was standing there a few feet in front of them, and an older lady came out to check me in. During check in she said I was due for a cabin and engine air filter change. I declined the cabin filter and asked the cost of replacing the engine air filter. She said, “About $60” and I agreed to have that done in addition to my pre-paid oil change. I then asked about another issue unrelated to my oil-change appointment. After explaining what was going on she said, “Oh, I don’t know” and left it at that. No follow-up, no taking ownership, nothing to help solve the problem, not even a simple, “I am not sure, let me ask someone for you and get back to you.” Nope, just a brush-off, like I was annoying her with a customer service question. I got no bull, but I got no solution either. When I came to pick up my car later in the day I got a bill for $83.62 for just the engine air filter replacement (which was quoted as ‘about $60’). There was noting else repaired or replaced. Turns out “about $60” was just for the actual filter itself, not the labor, not the miscellaneous charges, not the shop supplies, not the environmental fees, and not tax. Basically the verbal estimate was a misleading PARTIAL cost, not the actual cost of getting the filter replaced. Thats deceptive and misleading. Would a dentist give you a quote for the cost of the filling, or for fixing your cavity, C'mon!! I understand that a dealer charges two or three times the cost of a simple Mopar paper filter you could get at AutoZone. Changing it takes under two minutes with ZERO skills, I get that. What I don’t appreciate is being misled about the actual TOTAL cost of having something replaced. A 27% difference between the quoted price and the actual cost is significant. BTW, not my first time here, and I’m not even mentioning the other minor but still noticeable behaviors that totally lack customer respect, cade, professionalism, or pride in ones work. While my truck purchase experience here was outstanding, the ‘service’ is grossly lacking in the service department. More
