Crisis Averted!!! My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure My wife and kids were heading out to California to attend a tournament for our kids, when we discovered the back door hatch on our van wouldn't secure. This situation could have been disastrous. So we drove to Earnhardt Chrysler, explained the issue, and the criticality of us being able to get this issue resolved quickly so they could head to California for the tournament. The Earnhardt staff was very helpful, and friendly, and they fixed the issue in 2 hours. The speed at which they moved to fix our issue eliminated the need for us to purchase a rental van for our trip to California. Kudos to the Earnhardt service team and especially Rosemary Serna!!! More
