I have a brand new 2020 RAM 1500 Laramie that has now left the dealer un-safe to drive not once, but twice. First, my fiancé was on the side of the road after picking up the vehicle from service, and now once again my truck is undriveable after picking up from service for the second time. I am just lucky I was close to home when the air started leaking out of a different tire, which is the same reason she was left on the side of the road the night before. Earnhardt's service department is unfriendly, unprofessional, and horrible, if you can actually get someone to answer the phone. They are either dealing with unserviceable parts or the technicians are incompetent. Either way paying for a $50,000+ vehicle, purchasing additional aftermarket parts to be installed, and it being sent out twice unsafe to drive is completely intolerable. I have 10 times more miles on my vehicle going back and forth to the dealership for service issues than I bought the truck with, and now again it needs to go back. This is completely unacceptable. Plus, I bought the complete care package for this truck which from my understanding provides me with a loaner car whenever my truck is in the shop. When my truck was towed back to service after having the new wheels and tires installed, they told my fiancé they could not give her a loaner, because Chrysler did not approve the release of a loaner for certain circumstances. Complete care, my xxx. Jason Southerland (inventory manager) and Ignacio (nacho) on the sales team were outstanding, I highly recommend them. As for the service department, I would take your vehicle elsewhere. Luke Morris, the parts & service director, walked us out to the truck to go over the repair following the add on install issue, which no one had done the first time we picked up, and had told us everything checked out and the truck was ready. Unfortunately, the truck was not 100% and now we have another flat tire, and need yet another repair, at a dealer 62 miles away that cannot be safely driven. Calls to the service department are not answered, voicemails left for the service/part director are unanswered. I am not confident bring my vehicle back for their technicians to fix, they failed on the preliminary install, failed again when it was brought back in, third time is the charm... I highly doubt it. Stay away from this service department. More

And to think the sales department there wanted us to have our van appraised and maybe consider an upgrade while we waited. Hah! Their Sales and Service Departments and staff are so disconnected one with the other that I don't think they realize it. Anyway, that was our experience there and that's when I said enough of the bull! And then it struck me! "NO BULL!" So we called Earnhardt, and that's no bull! So here we are now after being treated as though we were special, long time Earnhardt customers, wanting to pass on KUDOS to Sean Moen who rode herd on our servicing needs and had our vehicle's A/C system diagnosed and repaired in a most expeditious and convenient manner; as well as to those behind the scenes that we didn't meet. You all make quite the team and should be commended. A well oiled operation from what we saw; smooth and cool, calm and collected. From our first impressions in obtaining an appointment the very next day through a lady named Verna, who very thoroughly understood and documented our concerns and service needs, and whose kind demeanor established a rapport with us that really raised the bar of our expectations; to the receiving bay and the intake personnel on deck as we arrived, where everyone was hustling, to being greeted within a minute by our personally assigned service rep (Sean) who of course explained the process and escorted us to a spacious and most comfortable waiting lounge with all its amenities; to the hospitality and positive attitude exhibited to all the other customers around us as well. Throughout the 2 hrs. we were waiting for the diagnosis to where the "rubber met the road" (which included a 2019 Enterprise Dodge Caravan rental courtesy of Earnhardt and the good news that replacement of the rear evaporator was totally covered by our MOPAR extended warranty, to hearing that our van would for sure be ready the next day) we can absolutely say it was our good fortune we took our vehicle to Earnhardt. We now know best! Our overall experience exceeded any expectations we may have had. Thank you for NO BULL!!. More
