Once I got past the Alexa, the girl that answered the phone it was great. However, I had to have my dealership call Earnhardt's to get the call to someone that would help us. We than returned a call to W phone it was great. However, I had to have my dealership call Earnhardt's to get the call to someone that would help us. We than returned a call to Wendy who was very pleasant and more than willing to help us get our Jeep Grand Cherokee L fixed. We explained we were 1200 miles from home and needed to find out what we were dealing with. Marc Ray was our service advisor he was excellent!! He explained was they would do and kept us in touch with the situation. The Jeep was fixed and Marc text to tell us we could pick it up that same afternoon. Thank you Marc for going beyond and above in kindness and having your dealership help us with exceptional service. He really put our mind at ease and helped us to continue to have a great vacation in Arizona, then drove back to Nebraska without a hitch.
