Earnhardt ram had the truck I was looking for with the options I was looking for and a fair price when I bought it new in 21 when I look to get a recall item fixed I dealt with another dealer for six mont options I was looking for and a fair price when I bought it new in 21 when I look to get a recall item fixed I dealt with another dealer for six months could not accommodate called Earnhardt and within 10 days they had me in getting the recon fixed then went over and above to get me out of there any quick time. Crappy customer service in their service department. Pulled up at 2:59 to get an oil change on my RAM 1500. The dopy slow service attendant eventually moseys on over and asks what can he do for me. When I said I am here for an oil change, he lazily looks at his watch and says "Sorry we stop admitting oil changes at 3 o'clock." By then it was 3:01. He then just turned around and walked off. I took off early from work to attempt to make it over there and then to just be blown off like that. What a waste of my afternoon. Not the first time this has happened to me. Took my 2500 in about 6 months ago for the same service. Got in at around 2:30 and was told that they have no more space for the day and gave me a front of the line pass and was told to come back. Fat lot of good its going to do me if I can't be there early enough in the afternoon to get service done, and the service department doesn't open until 7:30 and I have to be to work at 7 am. Besides that, I have been on their waiting list for over a year now for the recall on the high pressure fuel pump for my 2500. All I get anytime I ask is "yea that part is coming in slow. We get like 2 or 3 a week." When asked where I am on the waiting list, I get no reply from them whatsoever. I will be taking both of my RAM trucks elsewhere for service from now on. More
