WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP EVER!! I have been going to Earnhardt Chevrolet ever since i purchased my Silverado (from Earnhardt Dodge) back in WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP EVER!! I have been going to Earnhardt Chevrolet ever since i purchased my Silverado (from Earnhardt Dodge) back in September 2018. In that time frame, I’ve been in aprox 6 or so times to bring my truck in for service. I always delt with Pattie, and she was actually wonderful. Unfortunately, every other aspect of my experience has been horrible. Half the times i came in for an issue, the problem was not fixed. Twice, i didn’t even leave the service drive before noticing the problem was still there, and another time the problem arose again a couple miles from the dealership. My most recent issue that caused me to even consider writing this review was when i picked my truck up a few weeks ago, and when getting in it to leave, i noticed there was an 18” crack across the driver side of the windshield. This crack was directly in front of the driver, so whoever was driving it when it happened knew it happened, and decided to not let anyone know, and hope i wouldn’t notice until after i left the dealership. Clearly this didn’t happen. It was late, so i was told that someone would contact me the next day to figure it out. I was contacted, and told that my windshield would be replaced. At the time of that call, i was adamant about getting a OE windshield replacement and not some cheap Chinese inferior product. I’ve been in AZ for 8 years, and i have never had a cracked windshield, so i wanted to keep that streak going. I was told that it would be an OE replacement. I am in the market for a 2019 silverado, so i set up an appointment with the service department at the same time a 2019 loaner vehicle would be available, so i could get a chance to drive one on a regular “non test drive” kind of environment, to see if i liked it enough to purchase one. They were nice enough to oblige, and we made the appointment. I was then called by the glass company a few days later to confirm everything, and during that phone call, i reiterated the promise of an OE replacement windshield, and was again told that was what was going to be installed. When i pick up my vehicle, instead of seeing “GM” printed in the corner, i have something called “FUYAO” instead. Since this was always a concern of mine, it was the first thing i looked at as soon as i took delivery. The “general manager” was brought over to talk to me, a man named Steve Marley. He told me there was no way i was ever promised an OE windshield (even though i was adamant about this from day one, and was very vocal about it), and if the glass company did say that, it would be something we would have to take up with them. He would call them and let me know what he found out. A few days later, while I’m on vacation in Mexico, i get a voicemail from him, and call him back about a week or so after that, when i was back in town. I was told that at no time did anyone ever tell me i would be getting an OE windshield, and there was nothing he could do. An important note to add, i ALREADY have a crack in my new garbage replacement windshield, which was exactly what i was worried about from the start. I made Steve aware of that fact, to which he replied “sorry”, but not before agreeing with me that the windshield that is in my truck now is most definitely of a lesser quality then what came in it from the factory. The worst part of all this is, i would have gladly came out of my own pocket to pay for an OE windshield, if they had told me they actually weren’t replacing it with one. Cut me a check for what you were gonna spend for the cheap Chinese one, and I’ll pay the difference for the OE. No problem. I just want quality parts on my truck. Needless to say, I’ll be buying that new Silverado elsewhere. More
services i brought my truck in for a battery swap. they said it wasnt under warranty. i told the service center not to turn it off, and they did, then they had i brought my truck in for a battery swap. they said it wasnt under warranty. i told the service center not to turn it off, and they did, then they had tp jump start it, then they locked my keys in the truck. and the morons used a slim jim to open it up after i told them not to because they would scratch my truck and im very maticulous about it, they refused to cut a key from the vin. and after all the headache they had to take my truck into the paint shop for repairs, was told it was monday it would be done. and nothing. tuesday comes around and nothing. wednesday comes around (today) and all i get is xxxxxxxx run around that its not done. last time i took my truck in for service they broke my center caps for my wheels. the service center along with the techs xxxxing suck. they dont listen, follow directions, or or stick to a schedule. very disapointed with them. wjen it was thorovred, service was 10x better. i would not reccomend my worst enemy to go to earnhardts chevy. and as for today i have to rent a truck for the holiday weekend because the service xxxxing sucks. if i was manager there. the techs involved that didnt listen along with service advisor i first spoke to would be in the unemployment line. wow update: as of 11-26-18 it still isnt done and continue to get the run around on why it still isnt done. flat out earnhardts xxxxing sucks. so as of now a weekend turns into 13 days already with no truck More
TERRIBLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE The worst customer service I've ever had. Jason Houser is the laziest most inconsiderate person I've met. Has no consideration for others time. Just s The worst customer service I've ever had. Jason Houser is the laziest most inconsiderate person I've met. Has no consideration for others time. Just sat in his office munching on food, talking on the phone while other customers wait. Doesn't answer to customers phone calls unless you say your someone else. I had work done and charged $365.00, still doing the same thing. Took back, problem fixed, was only a censer cost $25, so did I need to be changed the $365 ???. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. More
Service does NOT stand behind their work. Sales doesn’t care I purchased a 2018 Silverado in July. When I took it in for the “free” maintenance and tire rotation at 7300 miles, their technician failed to let me I purchased a 2018 Silverado in July. When I took it in for the “free” maintenance and tire rotation at 7300 miles, their technician failed to let me know that there was an allignment issue and one tire had been wearing unevenly. I discovered the issue when I serviced the truck at 15000 miles. When I took it back to them, they charged for allignment and swapping the spare as it was “out of GM’s warranty period.” Steve the service manager agreed that there was proof that the issue was there at the 7300 mile service, but would not back their guarantee of service. He offered to “pay” for one replacement tire if I paid for the other one. Gino, the sales manager that helped sell the vehicle said that he had nothing to do with service and refused to help in the issue. The sales department is not backed by a quality service department that cares about your safety. Do not buy here or have service done here. If you do, double check the work performed to insure that the “professionals” did a good job. More

No bull, more like ignoble, wocka wocka I brought my car here for a competent repair. If I had wanted my car to be destroyed by faulty parts with no appreciable warranty, I’d have fixed it m I brought my car here for a competent repair. If I had wanted my car to be destroyed by faulty parts with no appreciable warranty, I’d have fixed it myself, and if I wanted to be treated like garbage by a service manager on a power trip, I’d have looked in the mirror and berated my reflection. Even the complimentary car was was botched. Bird xxxxxxxxx and boot prints everywhere. What happened to disposable floor mats? More
Don't bother buying a Chevy or servicing it here Purchased a brand new 2015 Silverado. On the way home the truck had a horrible shimmy. When I pulled in my driveway the radio went completely dead. Ca Purchased a brand new 2015 Silverado. On the way home the truck had a horrible shimmy. When I pulled in my driveway the radio went completely dead. Called the dealership to bring it in and have it checked. Scheduled an appt for Saturday. When I got here was turned away and told I needed to bring it in on Monday. Brought it in. They balanced my tires and still had the same problem. They did nothing about the radio issue. I have had 3 different sets of wheels on the truck. All of which were balanced perfectly as they had not a single wobble on my suburban. Now with 4K miles on the truck the tire monitoring system is not working properly. Here's the kicker. The dealership won't fix the issue because I have aftermarket wheels on the truck with the original pressure sensors. Also will not figure out the shimmy saying I need to pay for new sensors and to figure out the shimmy that it has had since day 1. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING A CHEVY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR ALL THE WORK THAT SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY. I'm taking a brand new truck with 4K miles on it and taking the loss and going back to Toyota. At least they honor their warranty. Factory wheels or not More
