I bring my truck in for an oil change and detail/coating. Normally the detail/coating is exceptional. This time not so much. While the outside looked fantastic, the inside was incomplete - windows not comple Normally the detail/coating is exceptional. This time not so much. While the outside looked fantastic, the inside was incomplete - windows not completely done. Also, all the other times when I get the oil change the tires get rotated. This time not (I was told I didn't ask for it). All previous times I was asked if I wanted the tires rotated this time I wasn't. Anyway it wasn't done but I'll get that taken care of this weekend somewhere else. The irony is the customer service rep walked all the way into the lounge with my air filter asking if I wanted it changed, I said no. More

When does your car get done sooner than the assistant's estimate? Well it happened for me at Earnhardt this week. The guesstimate was 3 + hours and it was done in just over 2 hours.
