First of all after buying 3 car's from this place you might think the service would be a little better. Well think again. The 3rd car I am speaking of in this review. I bought a Used Truck. The Truck Looked nice from the outside. The Salesman Carl was nice as always. Problem starts with a bent Axle I discovered on the Truck about a month after I got it. Took it in to get it fixed and to my surprised I was accused of doing the damage and also informed the EXTENDED wrranty they sold me would not cover the problem. I had to stand in the showroom and get loud enough for them to finally fix it. Then I have 2 other problems. The power to the truck kept shutting off finally stranding me 2 times. HAd to have it towed. The Passenger window quit working so while they were trying to fix the power problem I had them attempt to fix the window. Once again they informed me my EXTENDED warranty they sold me would not cover these problems. They informed me due to the fact it was NOT a certified GM USED the warranty company denied the claims. So turns out the windows were changed from manual to power somewhere along the lines..they DID NOT inform me of this so again..the EXTNEDED WARRANTY they sold me is USELESS. So now I get to pay them to fix a problem that I have a warranty on...and their attitude is basically OH WELL. SO..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..do not buy from these people. DO not take the chance on having this treatment I am getting done to you. They do NOT CARE about you or what is right. They care about getting your money..then standing back with arms folded saying too bad..thats the way it is. I will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows about these crooks. It may have cost me a few hundred this time..but hoepfully this message and all the others I will be posting will get to a few people. And if those people spread the word it make take out a few more people that would have bought from them. So i will trade a few hundred dollars and hopefully make them loose thousands. They are BAD BAD PEOPLE HERE More
I have dealt with this dealership for over 21 years. I have had the same service consultant for all that time, Charlie Hughes. I have my Corvettes serviced there and I would not go anywhere else. Just r have had the same service consultant for all that time, Charlie Hughes. I have my Corvettes serviced there and I would not go anywhere else. Just recently they went out of their way to reimburse me for a battery I had to replace. I bought the battery at Sears but my old one was still under warranty and they showed me how I could get reimbursed for the replacement even though they did not install it. I have also purchased two Corvettes at the dealership. They do not charge a premium like most dealerships, in fact when I bought my last Corvette in 2009 they took $8,000 off of the list price. No hassle or haggle. I could recommend either the sales or service. More
I was impressed with the service I received from the service department when my car needed some warranty & recall work done to it. Rick made sure he stayed in contact with me throughout the process and had my vehicle in-and-out in one day. After receiving TERRIBLE service from another local dealership, it was a pleasant surprise to have someone courteous and knowledgeable working with me. The only complaint I have is that there was a few spots of grease on my car seat and flooring when I got the car back. More
