Since my last visit in Dec 2022, many improvements made at the service waiting area and checking in. Back to the old days, waiting area now with coffee and donuts in the morning. The service department was easy to work with and did a great job on my tire repair. The Service Manager and Technicians were great. I brought my car in at the end of the shift because the tire was very l great job on my tire repair. The Service Manager and Technicians were great. The Manager had his tire specialist stay after his shift to repair the tire on my new Corvette. I really appreciated having the repair completed while I waited, especially later in the day. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Chevy. More

Do not go to this place. They will lie and put you through the ringer to get you to buy! I will break this down piece by piece on my experience. I purchased a Chevrolet T They will lie and put you through the ringer to get you to buy! I will break this down piece by piece on my experience. I purchased a Chevrolet Trailblazer at the end of April of 2022 and the experience was horrible. Ika ( I may have spelled his name wrong) Started the conversation after the test drive with "I am not letting you leave here without buying this car" The entire process felt like a hostage situation and I was there for 5 hours before caving in from fatigue. Still ended up paying way over MSRP. After the experience I decided to write a review. This was not taken well by the dealership. They immediately started emailing and calling me constantly to get me to take the review down. I eventually had a conversation with the manager and that conversation felt like he was talking down on me. I explained that the way Ika handled the sale was why car salesman get a bad rap. In the end I said I would take down the review if they would give Ika better training on customer service (based on my phone call today, that clearly did not happen). My biggest question when I bought the car was if the Trailblazer was effected by the chip shortage. Ika told me that only the high end cars were effected and my car was fine. Fast forward to the present and guess what I find in the mail! Chevrolet sent me a letter saying that the chips are in for my heated seats! He flat out lied to me to get the sale! I would not have bought the car if I knew about this! I called and asked for the manager to give me a call so I can discuss with him about what happened. Instead they had Ika call me and when I explained what he did he asked how that is lying. This is when I lost it with him. Your sales reps are nothing but bullies that lie to their customers. I am also expecting another swarm of emails and phone calls from this place. Just know this. I don't trust Earnhardt Chevrolet, I will not be taking this review down in good faith since clearly that didn't do anything last time, and its going to take A LOT to earn my trust again. More
With our recent bankruptcy we really thought it would be impossible to get a car. Not only did we get a car but we got a literally new 2023 vehicle! Pappa J was so amazing, we felt so welcome by him, no jud impossible to get a car. Not only did we get a car but we got a literally new 2023 vehicle! Pappa J was so amazing, we felt so welcome by him, no judgment, no funny business! We were planning on keeping our car that was included in the bankruptcy but he explained to us how we would benefit more if we let it go and get the new car. We have in mind to get another vehicle, because we actually need 2 cars and if we do decide to we are definitely coming back with Pappa J! More
