To Thorobred: I usually never write reviews because of the time it takes, but when I received exceptional service I knew that I had to share my experience. 2 weeks ago my family and I were in a car accide the time it takes, but when I received exceptional service I knew that I had to share my experience. 2 weeks ago my family and I were in a car accident; no one was harmed thank God. My insurance recommended to take my car in to the body shop at Thorobred Chevrolet, they assured me that they would take good care of me and my car, that their guys there were all about safety and that I would have my car back in no time. I was given a 10 day estimate and received the call on the 8th day that my car was ready. That alone saved me money on the rental I was paying for. My car looked amazing. It would be hard to picture anyone not receiving good customer service from the parts department since the customer originates and then picks up the item...end of story. He was a true professional who I can tell likes his job and his customers.
