The minute we went inside the dealership we already felt welcome. Our intention was just to look, but Mr. Ian Warfel was very helpful answered all our question and inquiries that we ended up buying a car. T welcome. Typical bait and switch. Told us they could get a certain price on the phone and then when we arrived - they could not. never saw the guy I spoke with one the phone after he greeted us when we entered the sh price on the phone and then when we arrived - they could not. never saw the guy I spoke with one the phone after he greeted us when we entered the shop - went through the typical salesman and then 3-4 "managers" (I mean how many managers can one shop have on duty at the same time - come on). The kicker was that they then pitched they could make it up on a trade value - but after 30 minutes waiting they came back offering us less than the lowest KBB trade in value even though our car was in great shape. Nathan Thue was wonderful. He was respectful, interested in what I wanted in a car. Never tried to push me into another car, understood I wanted something special. Nathan Thue was very helpful in finding the Vehicle for my wife and my self. We did take a drive in a couple of cars just to get the feel of what I wanted. Once upon a time...in a land called Car Buying...there was a dealer with a good rating on the internet, and I was thinking about upgrading my ride. My adventure starts with email contact with Brandon. I was a dealer with a good rating on the internet, and I was thinking about upgrading my ride. My adventure starts with email contact with Brandon. I am a very busy adventurer, so I do not have time to sit around wasting any time at a dealership. The internet and email work much better for my lifestyle. Brandon was wonderful, awesome! He replied to my emails in a professional manner, and was very pleasant to work with. He listened and provided exactly what we were looking for, even understanding my time constraints... 5's across the board for Brandon!! Thank you Brandon! Will was also friendly, and helped create a positive experience. There is an "evil villain" in this story, (his name was Sam), who said no to everything, even saying that he would charge more for one used vehicle than was even written on the windshield. When he sat down, in front of my lovely family who were sitting, patiently waiting, he glared and proceeded to start and end the conversation with: "I am not going to waste my time for the next 3 hours arguing with you!". I said that I also would NOT argue, NOR spend three hours there. Sam glared...we left. :( ... thankfully Brandon was kind enough to stand up and work for us...Will agreed. The evil villain was defeated! :) In finance, Marcus was pleasant, and friendly...however, I was confused and frustrated after 3+ hours...and I am still confused... I could not find out whether there is a manufacturers warranty (nothing in writing, said it wasn't available, and couldn't get a straight answer), and whether purchasing a warranty was really a neccessity, or if the manufacturers warranty, if there is one, would cover the main large items / issues...I emailed the next day and went back in, as I still don't know about the warranty, or lack of warranty. I will give additional kudos to them though, because they did ask me to come back in, and met with me again. Mark in finance was very friendly and helpful the next day, though I still do not understand the difference in manufacturer warranty/additional warranty. PROS: A good experience/friendliness with Brandon, Will, Marcus, and Mark...and except for the one evil villain, everyone else was very friendly. Also, I am updating my rating, as they did meet with me and work things out in a professional friendly manner. CONS: took forever (about 8 - 9 hours) total, all the visits, one evil villain/troll, and confusion about certification, and warranty. More
