I recently had malicious damage to the hood of my car. The personnel at Kachina were able to buff out the damage completely. The friendliness, concern, and skill of the personnel were astonishing. Well, this is my third visit for service in teh past two months. Per my usual routine, I searched out James Somers to write my car up. Like every other time I have worked with James, he stopped what he wa months. Per my usual routine, I searched out James Somers to write my car up. Like every other time I have worked with James, he stopped what he was doing and took immediate care of my needs. My repair was minor. Thanks goodness James didn't make me check my car in, wait for a technition to repiar it, the. check me out. Nope, James had my repair completed in about 5 minutes...no waiting whatsoever! I have said it before....you better be keeping James happy as he could go most anywhere he wants and get a service advisor position. He is just that good at what he does! NOTE: I am not related to James in any way nor do we have any type of friendship. I say this so nobody thinks my evaluations on James are suspect. James is simply deserving of what I have to report! I can assure you that I will buy another vehicle from Kachina for one reason...to continue to take it in to James Somers when it needs service or repair! Lose him and you lose me (and the two Hummers I have bought over the years)! More

He took great time and care to show me a 2011 SRX. Wow! What a great car, but I still didn't want to start payments, still loved my Deville and it was paid. Steve told me about the many changes and options on this Crossover. He seemed honest and friendly without being pushy like most sales people. Because of Steve working with me patiently and the friendly people at this dealership I decided to purchase, this was after two weeks. Most of the time while looking at vehicles, after the sale I feel stressed, my husband is grumpy and I am so ready to leave. When I was leaving, driving my new Caddy, I was grinning and felt almost giddy. Great job, Steve and Kachina Cadillac!! More

We were on a business trip when my 2008 STS started to overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. Terry Austin took the service call and immediately put it through di overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. They did not find anything wrong except that the hot weather did not start the high fan fast enough to cool it while idling. They were very professional and we were on our way again. (The donuts and coffee were a big help.) More
