I knew, from experience, that the dealership would need to see the car while the warning was present. They immediately took my car back into the shop, diagnosed it as a software issue. They performed the update while I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. They offered to wash the car, if I had another 20 minutes. I declined since I had some other errands to run. Curtis, Anthony and Nick always treat me like family. Ken E. More

Each time tells me they found additional problems and if I want to fix them. I would agree. Last time, I was told by Curtis Mitchell, My Service "Advisor" that my car battery died at the shop. I said it shouldn't have as they were new from AAA, so under warranty. Miraculously, battery worked again. No problem since. Now I question all other recommended fixes I paid. My experience there and at Coulter Cadillac Shop have made me realize the Cadillac service is dishonest, so I have traded-in my 2 CADS and will not be buying anything CADS ever again. Short sighted dealerships. I feel bad for GM. More
Poor Quality Service Dept, abusing and taking my car on ride Drop my new CTS off, and ask them to not wash or test drive my car due to just bringing in for interior warranty work. When I got the car back it had Drop my new CTS off, and ask them to not wash or test drive my car due to just bringing in for interior warranty work. When I got the car back it had tons on micro scratches in the paint from the car going through their dirty carwash. They Also the drove my car and put 12 miles on it for a "test drive", I documented the mileage and I SAW TWO EMPLOYEES AT THE WENDY'S DRIVETHROUGH IN MY CAR!!!!... I know it was mine due to the vanity plate. If I was 40 years younger I would have taken care of confronting the two employees. I paid over $70k for this car, I don't feel like I should have to be taken advantage of every time I trust them with my property that I worked so hard for. Service manager Larry says doesn't know anything about it and will get back to me, 2 weeks later, NOTHING... Who is running that circus? I called Cadillac HQ and formed a complaint, but I am sure they will blow it off, they have so far. More
Took my 2013 CTS-V on a joyride My CTS-V buddies warned me not to take my car to Chandler Cadillac (Earnhardt South). I gave them a try anyway because they are right next to my hous My CTS-V buddies warned me not to take my car to Chandler Cadillac (Earnhardt South). I gave them a try anyway because they are right next to my house and I had a coupe of trim issues (Recaro seat track broke and I had a DRL out). Drop it off, say "no test drive, no wash please". I even sent it in an email! Kudos to the Service advisor as he writes this on the ticket and it's on my invoice so I know he told them but someone wasn't listening. Pick up the car, they show the in/out miles as the same BUT the out miles are actually 6 higher than when I dropped it off. (I took video of the drop off and pick up with the ODO in the background). I went back in; advisor was gone as was service manager so I sent them an email explaining what happened in a very calm tone because I know they (likely) didn't drive the car. Asked them to find out what happened and call me and let me know what they were going to do to make it right. That was fife days ago and I have heard nothing............and my DRL is still out. More
Be Aware, Please Read First off this is the first review I have ever written as a small business owner I know how a bad review can impact your business, but after the expen First off this is the first review I have ever written as a small business owner I know how a bad review can impact your business, but after the expenses Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac caused me I felt the need to warn other consumers. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from a private party and brought my vehicle for an overall check to make sure everything was working properly and to have a few minor cosmetic defects to be fixed. After spending $1100 they told me everything looked great and I left with a big burn in my bumper from their technician dropping a soldering iron on it and a few weeks after I had this done my engine blew, this would have been prevented if their technician did their job on checking the engine, which I paid them to do. I gave this dealership several chances. I bought my vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to thei vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to their customers... 1st, they sold me tires that had been sitting on the shelf for 2 years (I learned the manufacturing date from the experts at discount tire)... Kachina tried to deny it until I showed them that I was knowledgable. I had to fight for weeks to get new ones after I had 2 blow outs within 10,000 miles due to cheap dried out tires... 2nd, they wouldn't fix a known ABS problem in my 2006 CTS which was still under warranty until I threatened to sue... 3rd, they wouldn't replace a dead battery that I purchased from them and was only 6 months old... Then they tried to tell me that I had never purchased a battery from them... until I went home and got the invoice. All of the sudden they found their copy of the invoice as well... AND THE BEST PART, when I tried to post a bad review the first time, they called and offered me hundreds of dollars in free work in return for deleting my post. I'm not deleting it this time! Everyone should know what awful work they do and how they lie to people in order to get what they want! I wonder how many people they call and harass to get them to delete bad reviews... More
Service Manager was a jerk. Went in to check on Service Manager was a jerk. Went in to check on having the Powertrain/Vehicle Control Module programed for a GM update that it had not received for a P1680 code problem. Service manager blew me off by saying he did not have the equipment to do the job. I asked him again to clarify his response. I asked what he thought I should do and he responded by suggesting Sun Devil for the problem. I know what it takes to do the job and Kachina does have access to the reader and program to re-flash the unit. The vehicle came from their own used car lot. So much for customer service. More
I went in to have my Cadillac services and Sam was very nice and fast. I only waited 45 min for my car to be done with the initial check. While I was in the waiting room I met Richard who also had the same nice and fast. I only waited 45 min for my car to be done with the initial check. While I was in the waiting room I met Richard who also had the same Cadillac I have. We started talking and I let him know about another car I have that I would like to trade possibly. He did everything in his power to make things work out for me. Carmax sent me here because their computer couldn't read the codes on my car. So he suggested borrowing a potential trade in car. When I had brought in the Pontiac to have it looked at and appraised, he looked up the car fax for me. I didn't have to pay to do it on my own. He let me know how the dealer before me where I had purchased the g6 had done nothing but lie to me. It turned out that my car was once grey but now is green and the miles were reported rolled back on the carfax AFTER I had purchased the car. Also the car was bondoed and I was not told by the dealer before. When I was stressed about the horrible news Richard offered me lots of water and tried his very best to give me advice about where I should go from there. Sam had a rental car pick me up in less than 5 minutes. At car max I waited 6 hours just for them to change the oil and tell me that their computer could not read the codes on my car. This is the best dealership I've ever been to. Every one else puts tons of pressure on you trying to get you to buy their car, when at kachina they do all they can to help you out and make you happy even in the most stressful of situations. Thank you! You all are amazing and kachina Cadillac is an awesome place. Heck, I'd even love to work there! Kaila Monroe Keep up the excellent work guys :) More
Kachina Cadillac & SAAB has always provided excellent service in the past, and my latest experience was no exception. Ken Kochanskj in body shop was terrific and provided top notch service. I was in fo service in the past, and my latest experience was no exception. Ken Kochanskj in body shop was terrific and provided top notch service. I was in for bodywork to have my rear bumper replaced after a minor fender-bender. He worked with the other party's insurance company in taking care of the payment for repair, and also introduced me to Sam Wilcox in service who took care of other repairs not related to the accident. Sam was terrific, also! He had the repairs addressed and also brought to my attention a few other issues that I was unaware of, all covered under warranty service. Great technicians for discovering the problems! When I picked up the car, the body work and paint looked prestine - and my car drives like a dream. Major kudos to Ken, Sam, the Technicians, & Kachina Cadillac! William Ladas More
I have been having problems with my 2005 Saab 93 Aero, not getting the full acceleration. They tried some repairs that the computer said it needed, it worked for awhile and happened again. When it happene not getting the full acceleration. They tried some repairs that the computer said it needed, it worked for awhile and happened again. When it happened last week again, I drove in on the "limp home" mode. Sam lead his tech look at it and there were other problems. Since this was what it went in for in the first place, They took care of the problem at their expense. They know I am and will continue to be a Kachina customer. Every time I go in they bend over backwards to see that my needs are met. Hats off to everyone I have dealt with! I will definitely recommend them for service, sales, and auto body. I will not take my baby anywhere else. Thank You Everyone at Kachina, I've found a dealer I can trust. Steve K More
