I had preventative maintenance performed on our 2013 Cadillac SRX: oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, battery check, alignment check....I also requested that they change the cabin air filter. We’re from Iowa so I usually have the cabin air filter changed every 40,000 miles, but in Arizona because of climate dust I have it changed every 20,000 miles. Earnhardt Cadillac came to me with pictures of the existing filter and the air intake vent to the AC/Heater blower. A rodent (most likely a roof rat) had been nesting in the area, chewing up the filter and pushing the filter remnants into the blower intake vent. I authorized Earnhardt to disassemble the blower and clean out the intake vent. They also performed an additional check for any damages to electrical harness. Wow, we were fortunate, because no additional damage was discovered! Their charge for correcting the damage and inspection for possible other rodent damage was only for 1 hour of labor, which I know is very customer friendly. Another item that I routinely do when I take vehicles to dealerships, and I believe a test drive should be part of the labor, is to reset the trip odometer. I found that our SRX was actually test driven, because the trip odometer verified it. Earnhardt’s customer service lounge is very relaxing for customers, which is also a nice plus. But for me when I take our vehicle in for preventative maintenance it is all about trust and value while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac proved to me that they perform preventative maintenance. If you live in AZ and your car has a cabin air filter, get it changed! A new filter will extend the life of your AC/Heater blower, and if there are critters where you park your vehicle, you might be as lucky as me by having Earnhardt Cadillac change your filter. PS. If a critter dies in their nesting place in your vehicles blower intake; air freshiners in your car will not eliminate the critter’s decaying odor. A shout out Thank You to Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac! More

I knew, from experience, that the dealership would need to see the car while the warning was present. They immediately took my car back into the shop, diagnosed it as a software issue. They performed the update while I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. They offered to wash the car, if I had another 20 minutes. I declined since I had some other errands to run. Curtis, Anthony and Nick always treat me like family. Ken E. More

Each time tells me they found additional problems and if I want to fix them. I would agree. Last time, I was told by Curtis Mitchell, My Service "Advisor" that my car battery died at the shop. I said it shouldn't have as they were new from AAA, so under warranty. Miraculously, battery worked again. No problem since. Now I question all other recommended fixes I paid. My experience there and at Coulter Cadillac Shop have made me realize the Cadillac service is dishonest, so I have traded-in my 2 CADS and will not be buying anything CADS ever again. Short sighted dealerships. I feel bad for GM. More
Poor Quality Service Dept, abusing and taking my car on ride Drop my new CTS off, and ask them to not wash or test drive my car due to just bringing in for interior warranty work. When I got the car back it had Drop my new CTS off, and ask them to not wash or test drive my car due to just bringing in for interior warranty work. When I got the car back it had tons on micro scratches in the paint from the car going through their dirty carwash. They Also the drove my car and put 12 miles on it for a "test drive", I documented the mileage and I SAW TWO EMPLOYEES AT THE WENDY'S DRIVETHROUGH IN MY CAR!!!!... I know it was mine due to the vanity plate. If I was 40 years younger I would have taken care of confronting the two employees. I paid over $70k for this car, I don't feel like I should have to be taken advantage of every time I trust them with my property that I worked so hard for. Service manager Larry says doesn't know anything about it and will get back to me, 2 weeks later, NOTHING... Who is running that circus? I called Cadillac HQ and formed a complaint, but I am sure they will blow it off, they have so far. More
Took my 2013 CTS-V on a joyride My CTS-V buddies warned me not to take my car to Chandler Cadillac (Earnhardt South). I gave them a try anyway because they are right next to my hous My CTS-V buddies warned me not to take my car to Chandler Cadillac (Earnhardt South). I gave them a try anyway because they are right next to my house and I had a coupe of trim issues (Recaro seat track broke and I had a DRL out). Drop it off, say "no test drive, no wash please". I even sent it in an email! Kudos to the Service advisor as he writes this on the ticket and it's on my invoice so I know he told them but someone wasn't listening. Pick up the car, they show the in/out miles as the same BUT the out miles are actually 6 higher than when I dropped it off. (I took video of the drop off and pick up with the ODO in the background). I went back in; advisor was gone as was service manager so I sent them an email explaining what happened in a very calm tone because I know they (likely) didn't drive the car. Asked them to find out what happened and call me and let me know what they were going to do to make it right. That was fife days ago and I have heard nothing............and my DRL is still out. More
Be Aware, Please Read First off this is the first review I have ever written as a small business owner I know how a bad review can impact your business, but after the expen First off this is the first review I have ever written as a small business owner I know how a bad review can impact your business, but after the expenses Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac caused me I felt the need to warn other consumers. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from a private party and brought my vehicle for an overall check to make sure everything was working properly and to have a few minor cosmetic defects to be fixed. After spending $1100 they told me everything looked great and I left with a big burn in my bumper from their technician dropping a soldering iron on it and a few weeks after I had this done my engine blew, this would have been prevented if their technician did their job on checking the engine, which I paid them to do. I gave this dealership several chances. I bought my vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to thei vehicle from them and decided to get my maintenance from them until I learned that they lie and cheat to cut every penny even if it dangerous to their customers... 1st, they sold me tires that had been sitting on the shelf for 2 years (I learned the manufacturing date from the experts at discount tire)... Kachina tried to deny it until I showed them that I was knowledgable. I had to fight for weeks to get new ones after I had 2 blow outs within 10,000 miles due to cheap dried out tires... 2nd, they wouldn't fix a known ABS problem in my 2006 CTS which was still under warranty until I threatened to sue... 3rd, they wouldn't replace a dead battery that I purchased from them and was only 6 months old... Then they tried to tell me that I had never purchased a battery from them... until I went home and got the invoice. All of the sudden they found their copy of the invoice as well... AND THE BEST PART, when I tried to post a bad review the first time, they called and offered me hundreds of dollars in free work in return for deleting my post. I'm not deleting it this time! Everyone should know what awful work they do and how they lie to people in order to get what they want! I wonder how many people they call and harass to get them to delete bad reviews... More

Went in to check on having the Powertrain/Vehicle Control Module programed for a GM update that it had not received for a P1680 code problem. Service manager blew me off by saying he did not have the equipment to do the job. I asked him again to clarify his response. I asked what he thought I should do and he responded by suggesting Sun Devil for the problem. I know what it takes to do the job and Kachina does have access to the reader and program to re-flash the unit. The vehicle came from their own used car lot. So much for customer service. More
