Took the my vehicle for normal oil change and check up and was assigned Chris as my service rep. After sub par service he was fired or quit and the service department admitted the guy was doing a terrible and was assigned Chris as my service rep. After sub par service he was fired or quit and the service department admitted the guy was doing a terrible job. Then I was taken care of by Steve. Hes a nice guy but always had an issue answering his phone or his cell. My GMPP agreement was never found in their system and they told me I only had warranty until Nov 29th of 2010 when my agreement is until 4/6/2012. He never looked into it and never got back to me about that. Now my hard top is not working and I wanted to take it in... couldnt take my car in for a week becuase they didnt have any appoinments availabel, the day of the appoinment a week later he is sick, when I call to say Im on my way another guy takes my call only to tell me they cant take me until the following week. Furthermore he gets an attitude because Im not being clear enough of when I need to take my car in... At this point I will take my vehicle somewhere else Lets hope all cadillac dealers are not the same... I love my XLR too much to sell it or go to another brand... More
We love Kachina Cadillac! We purchased a new vehicle awhile ago, and keep coming back for great service. Everyone feels like family here. They service our Cadillac when it alerts us to go in, and even awhile ago, and keep coming back for great service. Everyone feels like family here. On August 24, 2010 I had my 2003 Cadillac Escalade towed to Kachina Cadillac because I had no power to the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted with a handshake and the question, "How can to Kachina Cadillac because I had no power to the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted with a handshake and the question, "How can I help you?" I explained the problem I was experiencing with my car and they immediately took it back to the shop and began to diagnose the problem. Larry kept me abreast of everything the mechanic was checking and actually took me to the mechanic's bay so I could see exactly what was wrong with my car in addition I was able to ask the mechanic about the process to fix my car. Everyone from the service manager, to the mechanic to the receptionist asked me how I was doing and if there was anything they could do for me. The car was completed in just over a day and I was back on the road. For the amount of work that needed to be completed the price was extremely fair. The car seems to run better than it ever has and if I have any more problems I will only take it to one place, Kachina Cadillac. More
