Had to bring car into shop for service. Terry was my service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs and told him I would need to wait to get that work done and would pick up my car. Got to dealership and told them I wanted to pick up my car Terry then told me it would be a few minutes. I then asked to see the estimate for the work needed to be done on car and that was the JOKE I could not understand it because it was hand written on a separate page and did not make any sense at all. I have never had such a problem there before and I guess the are cutting costs because he was also the person taking my payment or I should say trying because he did not know how to run a credit card and after being out in the service drive for over 35min that is where you pay for your car not inside in the a/c but outside in the service lanes.THEN best of all I did get to pay for my estimate of $180.00 which was fine I had to wait for them to get my car which took 10min more. More

In December 2010 I purchased a new Escalade from Joey Matos. The experience was very low pressure and one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. In May 2011 I was traveling through road construction and my new Escalade was sprayed with a thick coat of oil all over the front and passenger side. I called Joey and asked what to do. Joey had me bring the Escalade to him. Joey had the vehicle detailed and all the oil removed. Customer care after the purchase is very important to me. Joey and Kachina Cadillac proved that they will take care of the customer after the purchase. I highly reccomend Joey Matos. More
A real star of this dealership is Shawn Fox. He is the part's department Saab genius. Our Saab had its new fuel pump long before the recall. Our prior 9.3 had a complex bluetooth. We were in the dealership waiting for our crx to be serviced and I was reading the booklet for the navigation system and Roberto came up and asked me what I was reading. I told him I couldn't figure o serviced and I was reading the booklet for the navigation system and Roberto came up and asked me what I was reading. I told him I couldn't figure out the system or how to use blue tooth as no one really took the time to explain this to us when we bought the car. Roberto said that when the car was done he would show us how to use the stuff. He spent about 1 hour with us and helped us understand everything. He was very patient and extremely knowlegeable about the equipment. He was great! More
Took the my vehicle for normal oil change and check up and was assigned Chris as my service rep. After sub par service he was fired or quit and the service department admitted the guy was doing a terrible and was assigned Chris as my service rep. Hes a nice guy but always had an issue answering his phone or his cell. My GMPP agreement was never found in their system and they told me I only had warranty until Nov 29th of 2010 when my agreement is until 4/6/2012. He never looked into it and never got back to me about that. Now my hard top is not working and I wanted to take it in... couldnt take my car in for a week becuase they didnt have any appoinments availabel, the day of the appoinment a week later he is sick, when I call to say Im on my way another guy takes my call only to tell me they cant take me until the following week. Furthermore he gets an attitude because Im not being clear enough of when I need to take my car in... At this point I will take my vehicle somewhere else Lets hope all cadillac dealers are not the same... I love my XLR too much to sell it or go to another brand... More
