On August 24, 2010 I had my 2003 Cadillac Escalade towed to Kachina Cadillac because I had no power to the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted with a handshake and the question, "How can to Kachina Cadillac because I had no power to the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted with a handshake and the question, "How can I help you?" I explained the problem I was experiencing with my car and they immediately took it back to the shop and began to diagnose the problem. Larry kept me abreast of everything the mechanic was checking and actually took me to the mechanic's bay so I could see exactly what was wrong with my car in addition I was able to ask the mechanic about the process to fix my car. Everyone from the service manager, to the mechanic to the receptionist asked me how I was doing and if there was anything they could do for me. The car was completed in just over a day and I was back on the road. For the amount of work that needed to be completed the price was extremely fair. The car seems to run better than it ever has and if I have any more problems I will only take it to one place, Kachina Cadillac. More

During that time Ed Barowsky had me drive a Saab car with the option to purchase for my wife. We had the car for a week and some of the things my wife she liked on the car and some things she did not. The door open light came on and did not identify which door was open. The two doors are not suitable for us since we have to put our grandchildren in the car seats and getting to the back seat is not convenient in this case.
