In December 2010 I purchased a new Escalade from Joey Matos. The experience was very low pressure and one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. In May 2011 I was traveling through road construction and my new Escalade was sprayed with a thick coat of oil all over the front and passenger side. I called Joey and asked what to do. Joey had me bring the Escalade to him. Joey had the vehicle detailed and all the oil removed. Customer care after the purchase is very important to me. Joey and Kachina Cadillac proved that they will take care of the customer after the purchase. I highly reccomend Joey Matos. More
On May 6 I walked into Kachina,met Roberto, who I am very happy to say, was most informed salesman I have ever met, and end result drove home my new 2011 SRX. It did not en there. Roberto asked me if he could come to my house in Apache Junction, go over the features on new vehicle with my wife, plus hook up garage door operator to new car, plus my 98 Cadillac Eldorado. Also hooked up Onstar & Bluetooth for us. I have bought new Cadillacs, every other year, for over 40 years, and never had a salesman go out of his way tohelp & inform, like Roberto. I cannot thank him enough, as well as easiest, fastest, purchase I ever made. More
We leased a 2011 SRX from Kachina Cadillac. We purchased not only for the vehicle, which had pretty much everything we wanted. The only thing we didn't get was cooled seats, but we can live without them. W not only for the vehicle, which had pretty much everything we wanted. I HATE shopping for cars. Roberto made the experience the best I have ever experienced. Even more than that, given the choice, I would never work with another salesman again. A real star of this dealership is Shawn Fox. He is the part's department Saab genius. Our Saab had its new fuel pump long before the recall. Our prior 9.3 had a complex bluetooth.
