After not hearing back from anyone for 1.5 business days (2.5 if you count Saturday), I called and scheduled an appointment with Marty. appointment. Joey Matos, the salesman who ultimately assisted my wife and I purchase our vehicle, was extremely helpful. Joey greeted us with enthusiasm and offered to assist us. Joey asked all of the appropriate questions to determine the type of vehicle my wife and I was looking for. It wasn't until two days after our initial visit that Joey reached out to me (in Tucson) and informed me of a vehicle he just received on his lot that met all of our needs. Again, I think Joey was more excited that we were. I could tell he took great pride in assiting his customers. He worked dilinently with Steve the Sales Manager in working the price to fit within our budget. At know time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. Joey was very forthcoming and honest which played a very important role in our decision in purchasing the vehicle. Had to bring car into shop for service. Terry was my service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs and told him I would need to wait to get that work done and would pick up my car. Got to dealership and told them I wanted to pick up my car Terry then told me it would be a few minutes. I then asked to see the estimate for the work needed to be done on car and that was the JOKE I could not understand it because it was hand written on a separate page and did not make any sense at all. I have never had such a problem there before and I guess the are cutting costs because he was also the person taking my payment or I should say trying because he did not know how to run a credit card and after being out in the service drive for over 35min that is where you pay for your car not inside in the a/c but outside in the service lanes.THEN best of all I did get to pay for my estimate of $180.00 which was fine I had to wait for them to get my car which took 10min more. More
