I had gone to Kachina after having had several bad experiences at other dealers while searching for a new sedan, and a friend had recommended that I go to kachina, as she had bought her Escalade there experiences at other dealers while searching for a new sedan, and a friend had recommended that I go to kachina, as she had bought her Escalade there. The next day on the way to the dealer, me and my mother got lost and called the dealer for directions, and Roberto was the first to pick up the phone. When we got there we talked about the car that I was interested, a CTS-V, and I asked if they had any, which they did. A few short minutes later, we were in one, and it was one of the best test drives I've ever had, during which, roberto explained his love of Cadillacs, and the CTS-V specifically. After the test drive, Roberto was very low pressure, and didn't rush anything so I could have some time to think about if that was the right car for me. After I decided I wanted it, we looked up the different options and packages, and settled on a black diamond edition sedan. Unfortunately, the car was in another state and had to be dealer traded, which would take a couple weeks. Roberto found out that I was hoping to get the car sooner, as my daily driver was going to go into the shop in a matter of days, and I still needed to drive. Roberto was kind enough to lend me a brand new '11 Escalade off the lot to drive until my car would arrive. It will be just a matter of days now before I pick up my car, and I can honestly say I've never been treated so right by a car dealership, or a sales person in my entire life, and that it was a true joy to work with Roberto, and the entire staff of Kachina Cadillac. I will definitely be coming back for my next car, and referring all of my friends and family to this dealership. More

After not hearing back from anyone for 1.5 business days (2.5 if you count Saturday), I called and scheduled an appointment with Marty. appointment. It wasn't until two days after our initial visit that Joey reached out to me (in Tucson) and informed me of a vehicle he just received on his lot that met all of our needs. Again, I think Joey was more excited that we were. I could tell he took great pride in assiting his customers. He worked dilinently with Steve the Sales Manager in working the price to fit within our budget. At know time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of.
