I was looking for a CTS coupe in a certain color and options. After speaking to Steve Shannon of Kachina he located the car I wanted. I have owned two Hummers and always take it in for service at Kachina Cadillac. I work with Service Writer James Somers. What an outstanding Service Writer! I had two issues this past week with my service at Kachina Cadillac. I work with Service Writer James Somers. What an outstanding Service Writer! I had two issues this past week with my Hummer and, as always, James was friendly when he greeted me and listed to my concerns. James arranged a rental car for me. Like he always does, James called me once the repairs were complete. As a repeat customer, Kachina Cadillac is lucky to have James Somers representing them in the Service Department! I had such a great experience working with Steve Shannon. He gave me a CTS coupe for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. I got a very fair initial offer from Andy Ochoa and Steve and bought He gave me a CTS coupe for the night to make sure it was the right one for me. I got a very fair initial offer from Andy Ochoa and Steve and bought the car shortly after. There were a couple of things I wanted fine-tuned after I bought the car. Although there was a bit of miscommunication in the service department that led to some delays, Steve took control of the situation as soon as he found out about it and resolved all the issues. I'm very happy with the customer service I experienced and won't hesitate to recommend Kachina and Steve in the future. More

Joey Matos is first and foremost a good person, extremely attentive to our needs and a pleasure to do business with, he sets a very high standard and his knowledge of the industry and the product he sells is second to none. I purchase a car at least once a year, I purchase High End vehicles and am used to a certain level of service from a Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes etc I have owned them all, in my opinion Joey would fit well in any of them, in fact maybe better than what they have. As I mentioned I am a salesman, so often we fail to recognize the talent we have, quick to look elsewhere for a magical turnaround (we think), with Joey's positive while prudent personality his strengths would fit in most any management position. This might start sounding like Joey is a friend of mine, that is not true and my dealings with him have purely been in the sales process. The Cadillac Escalade we purchase is for my wife Taunya - great vehicle as we have 4 young children. I was calling around to dealerships in the area to purchase a Cadillac SRX. When I called Kachina, Joey answered the phone. He gave me the info I needed over the phone and invited me in to see the vehicles at the dealership. From the moment we got there he treated us like royalty and exceeded our expectations. It was a blazing hot day but that didn't stop Joey from showing us a number of SRX's he had on the lot. He was very knowledgable about the SRX. He did not pressure us to a hasty decision, but wanted to make sure we would be happy with the Cadillac SRX. He even went as far as to offer to let us borrow the SRX for the evening. He was able to quickly give us the pricing info we needed. To our pleasure the entire process was quite simple and much smoother than even expected. Joey Matos is the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend the dealership and Joey to my family and friends. More
