I went to Kachina looking to trade in my 2007 DTS for a lease option or trade in for a newer model. I met with Joe Matos who was extremely knowledgeable with all the cars on the lot and with all the lease lease option or trade in for a newer model. I test drove several cars and recieved a really fair trade in allowance for my existing car. I had serviced my DTS there and their service department is excellent. The staff at Kachina couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. In testing several cars they needed to move cars etc. which they did so quickly and without fanfare. We were on a business trip when my 2008 STS started to overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. Terry Austin took the service call and immediately put it through di overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. They did not find anything wrong except that the hot weather did not start the high fan fast enough to cool it while idling. They were very professional and we were on our way again. (The donuts and coffee were a big help.) More
